Successful workers, successful drills, production, good income coming in, 4 wells on 4 assets this quarter. That seems busier than nearly all O&G plays I know. Not even wild catting, all appraisals, some with exploration upside. Happy days.

He also passed the buck on responding to a question re the bond financing to his finance director. The Finance director confirmed that they had paid 22% of the bond out in fees to get the money and were then going to pay 5% interest p/a/ on top.

$22 500 000 becomes $17 550 000

and then you pay 5% on $22 500 000.

I find this financing incredibly expensive. It's like funding a company on credit card interest rates.

They do not know who has been selling, not their cornerstone II though. As for Gaellic, they do not know what they are holding. It is up to Gaellic to inform them re TR1s and they haven't, so rather than guess their holding they have not put it on their share holder register. That is what they were advised.

They were asked about it specifically in the Q&A after the presentation, should be on turner and pope at some stage over the next couple of days.

Trades are not being reported on a number of stocks this morning, think there is a glitch going on.

So I have just bought another wedge of stock. I think they are grossly under valued as they stand on an unranked basis and the 4 kickers in play this quarter provide exponential upside if one or two of them com in.

I was initially put off RBD by the dynamic duo. I thought they were just a bit too slick, a bit too city, they didn't seem like Oily veterans.

I realised I was probably being a bit prejudiced so had a good , long hard look at what they were doing. The acquisitions, what they paid, how they raise funds, who backed them, operational performance, do they always have an answer or are they capable of saying 'I don't know, time will tell'. Cash flow, potential transformational news flow, skin in the game etc...

I came to the conclusion they are the real deal.

Are you aware of their drilling successes in America? They are pulling in clean cash of $3-4 million per year just from what they have done so far. They've got £6 million on the balance sheet. They have good exposure to four assets that are being drilled this quarter, all of them transformational. A great, well hedged company. I think management are very smart and are doing an outstanding job. Have another look and check out the risk/reward and low downside.

I think they will do well. I think they will land some recurring revenue contracts plus some good tech contracts. It's why I hold a lot of stock.

SP predictions....no idea, just depends on the deals. Certainly, multiples of where we are now.

At least 10% of Hammerhead is in Orinduik, then there is a fault line followed by the Aurituk prospect....one must imagine the odds of oil being up dip must be v high.

Exxon have a 12/13 hit rate wild catting next door. Normally wild cats have a 1/7 hit rate. Each hit is a huge accumulation.

So ECO have a discovery , perhaps 75 million BOE amongst the partners, 10-15millionBOE net to ECO

Incredible prospectively across the block, v high COS, partnered with two of the best , Tullow and Total, fully funded for at least 3 wells (easy access to capital if required down the road). A genuine elephant hunt with fantastic COS........a very very rare combination.

Namibia. As someone has stated, multiple wells being drilled their by the majors who have all been buying into the acreage attracted by its potential. Don't be surprised to see a farm out deal there this year.

I hope you are right HB but I think it is just how these things are worded.

Trading; To me this looks like SVS has gripped the market today. Placees who want to flip are making their 3/4% and other SVS clients are picking up the stock. I don't have L2 so just guessing tbh.

It is definitely being held back whilst everyone sorts out what they want.

Same wording in the August equity issue, think it is just some sort of technicality

So you suggest that the shares were divided between several entities at Gaelic rather than held by the company itself hence they are below the reporting threshold?

Do you know this for a fact? i.e. did RBD management explain this to you or is this your opinion?

Luckily I can't read his brilliance any more, I'll probably end up in the poor house as a result.

Just a taste of things to come when we get closer to drilling. It's been a pretty constructive BB up to this point.

to be fair to the company, they did say they would be EBITDA positive H2 as the majority of that tech contract was going to land in that period. In the end £1.6 million didn't land in the period so if they get anywhere near EBITDA positive without those monies it will be mighty good news.

we are due for a bit of settling down of the SP. It started before that twin Exxon drill success came in.
