Fag packet maths for drilling debts. 10% of a $200 million campaign = $20 million. So add 50% just to be conservative and knock that off the $150-200million valuation for converting 2C to 2P. And then some dilution, so $125-175 million.

No, if they convert all the 2C to 2P, I think it is worth $150-200 million for that alone. ATM we are about a $20 million company. That is putting a value of $5 per BOE on 2P. (A few years ago when oil prices were higher, North Sea 2P reserves were being sold at $10-15 per BOE)
There is a potential ten bagger here just on the appraisal part of the campaign. Where the maths break down is LOGP will have to raise some money in June (which will be easy). Maybe a few hundred thousand pounds. And any NAV calculations will have to take into account paying off the drilling debts to APEC. Still a huge amount of upside here on just the appraisal.

The exploration upside is enormous, they are after huge oil fields so all maths will be redundant if they strike fresh reserves.

Remember this, trading update will show a huge growth in revenue and EBITDA positive for H2. That tech contract came from nowhere but had been negotiated for years. They have similar irons in the fire. They have delivered this contract, it seems to have been done efficiently, it could well lead to more deals with the same country as a result.

We are v close to this African MSC, that could land any day. We know there are more than ten MOUs outstanding, so a lot of negotiations going on in the background, all blowing hot and cold.
