From all my conversations, the way to work out profit , in a very conservative way, is 300 BOPD, $30 profit per barrel , 300 days a year (this allows for any decline, downtime, problems etc.). It is very conservative and we have a new well to come on stream.

There is not $9 million coming in from California...atm. More like $3 million free cash flow which in itself is fantastic.

They have talked about having some issues with local indigenous people I seem to remember . Were the problems underlying these issues the ones talked about in the Guardian article.

There are about ten tertiary prospects sitting on top of the Cretaceous prospects. The CPR report ONLY took into account Cretaceous prospects NOT Tertiary. Hammerhead opened up the Tertiary play. The significance of this has only just fully struck me. Forget 3 billion BOE which is huge....it's going to be a lot bigger. Those Tertiary targets are huge and with Hammerhead being adjacent are significantly de-risked. COS is excellent on these prospects.
