TBH we have no idea yet where they are drilling the hammerhead appraisal. I suspect it will be where they want to drill it to prove up volumes and prove up interpretation they have made via seismic. Unitisation will take care of itself over time, not sure Exxon is really that bothered atm. different priorities

HHHmmm, not so sure about that. Tullow and ECO supplied the 3D they had shot around Hammerhead to Exxon. The interpretation of that data by Exxon made them drill Hammerhead. These guys are all adults. It is in everyones' interests to work out who has got what and where it is.

If successful, the well will be cased and tested with a view to being a producer. Jethro is a sandstone stratigraphic trap that, based on several seismic attributes, is analogous to the Hammerhead discovery nearby. It is worth 74p/sh to Eco or close to 90p/sh when the Jethro Extension is included. There are a number of candidates for a second well with some of the prospects having >£2/sh of unrisked value.

That came out the other day had an error, it has been updated. You will be pleased to know the upcoming well will, on drilling success, will be cased, tested and finished as a producer.

Some decent volumes, the MMs had to move the price up, a couple of sellers flushed out has created a market again. Some new buyers can take a slice.

It'll be interesting to see what happens here over the next few days. They are very short of stock. If we break 3p it should jog on to a new trading range. I've got 3-5p down for the SP on spud of first well.

Look at the rates the work over wells at Monroe Swell produce at and use that as a guideline . Ignore all compass with West Brentwood, a different field with different dynamics.

Flow rates will be low, probably less than 50-100 bopd. The key thing is the volumes of the resource are much greater than expected. The other key metric is payback on the well. The wells are cheap to drill, so payback and margins will be good. I expect them to drill a dozen wells on Monroe Swell over the next two years.
