Becasue on AIM shares are bought and sold to intermediaries called MMs (market makers/manipulators) so contrary to what some may say - on AIM there are unique sellers and unique buyers - and money lenders. And to mis-quote the immortal bard - be a lender or a borrower - you'll make a fortune !

Morning to no-one I guess.. ? Logged in to review my holdings this morning and this one was "greyed out". My preset autotrades have also been cancelled. The ticker has changed from BGS to 0070627 ? LSE and Google are not showing an issue. I think this is due to the share split. Hope so.

Usually a suspension is bad news - on the face of it this is good news - and let's face it we al hold our shares and there's nothing we can do about it. SO I will enjoy the summer in optimistic frame of mind and not worry about any potential placing that might be needed to fund expansion or deal cancellation that might come unexpectedly until we find out in the dog days of September. Suggest you all do the same.

If Trump blunders in - gold will obviously go up. I'm playeing gold through the Egyptian share which is doing rather well at the mo anyway so happy enough there.

Normally manipuated shares have RNSs designed to make the PI do the wrong thing. What was the RNS aiming to achieve at 16:00 on a Friday - make PIs panic sell then buy back higher... So the sell price may go back to 2p tomorrow - but I bet the buy price doesn't go below 2.6p...JMHO.

You raise funds early and hopefully in sufficient quantity to cover how long you think it will take, and a bit more so you are in a strong negotiating position just as you engage with more than one potential partner. However, I have no diea whether this has motivated the size and price of the Val funding or whether its just another push to keep the wheel spinning unti the next push - and maybe the company don't either judging by the cmments of others on this thread - which would mean we don't have bidding competition at the moment. However, what is the "scrap" value of this company - surely more than the �9m the share placing values it at ??

What concerns me is the pathetic market cap. They sold 10% of the company and got practically nothing for it. You were lucky not to be drawn in. Of course on the remotest sniff of some financial backing this should boom - but no one with dosh has any confidence. Any house owner in parts of London could by 10% of this company - that is what concerns me.

Just plain annoyed. Selling 10% is minor - that's not good - but then it is better than death spiral.

No they are thick. 10% of the company - so who bought them... Holdings RNS ? Best thing that could happen is this gets taken over and the interested parties all go to jail. Got a top up in though so live in hope.
