Its always better to talk. Anyway, baffed as always by the market, couldn't understand why markets rose every time Brexit appeared to be getting "harder" then fell every time the "softer" version seemed to be more of a possibility, so don't buy the idea that Lloyd's will collapse due to a hard Brexit, or even a botched one (same thing ?). Also, aren't banks supposed to be "fully capitalised" for a house market fall. Just starting to feel uneasy here, but Government sold off and houses not likely to fall as much elsewhere, so still hope for some rises to counter any falls - and for the divi to grow - banks make profits in increasing interest periods - right ??
