Nike, yep there was no issue with Tin Hill. Three issues, the weather, the collapse in the Lithium price and the way the Zim Govt charged its royalties.

1. Tin Hill literally is a hill. Not much could be done during the wet season. Any heavy equipment would slide off the hill.

2. The local partner was slow getting into gear on the original plan and the Govt kept changing the rules about what could or couldn't be done. The original plan was fine, a DSO operation, but because the local partner was slow, we didn't get going before the rule changes and then the slide in the lithium price combined with the successive new rules made things very risky.

3. The Government wanted the royalty paid before export based on a hypothetical lithium price that was significantly higher than the market price. So as the prices slid, the effective royalty went up and it had to be paid before anything was sold. This totally stuffed any putative cash flow model.

Tin Hill itself was fine. Three pegamatites stacked with a possible fourth, declining South West to North East at depth. The original plan was based on the exposed C section of the end of one of the pegmatites. The actual volume was significantly greater than the exposed C section.

Anyway, all gone for now.

You make out you are this independent expert, a curator of truth and you constantly post utter nonsense because you have a bruised ego. You claim that you post to provide balance but the complete opposite is the truth.

1. You were going on about CDI for weeks. Your claims were; we had lost the licences, they were delinquent, they were "near delinquent" (no one knows what that means), they were worthless, no one was interested in CDI, no one was going to do a deal on them. You claimed that the licences required RRR to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year that it didn't have. Don't forget before we even got them, we weren't ever going to get them, the gold price wasn't going up and so on.

2. It wasn't a reasonable challenge it was insane. The person over-seeing it wasn't called Bell. There was a UK company called Prime Resources which had a director called Bell (completely random) but the relevant Prime Resources was actually the Prime Resources in Jersey. That the company with the charge was the Prime Resources in Jersey was evidenced by the copy of the actual charge on Companies House but you wouldn't accept it. Somebody had to prove it to you and you went on about it for weeks. Even after it had been proved to you that you were wrong.

3. You were wrong on suspension multiple times and that the accounts wouldn't be published and that POW wouldn't be paid and that RRR was going into Administration and that POW would take RRAL back.

The list is endless.

Duckee, the same as I said earlier. Whether you like it or not RRR has signed an agreement with the Department for Rural Affairs in the DRC. It was signed under the Public Private Partnership regime. It may surprise but the Department for Rural Affairs, doesn't give a donald duck about what you think.

Well RRR has confirmed its work programme in BF and will be coming out soon with its next steps and it has signed a deal on CDI. So again, you were wrong. You were also going on about the POW payment not getting made and you were wrong again.

If you did some research like actually read and analyse the RRR RNS, read the Grok links I posted earlier, read the earlier RNSs and listen to AB's video you might understand something.

RRR has signed the JV with with the Department for Rural Development under the PPP structure. It is intended that these are substantial in infrastructure deals. So if it wasn't, it wouldn't be done under the PPP JV rules. The whole basis of it, is that this is substantial. But of course, you know better. You know it can't be true because it is Red Rock......

So if the Corporation Income Tax and the Royalties are diverted to the PPP JV, then to meet the minimum of USD1bn the Revenue would need to be around USD1bn/0.37 = USD 2.7bn. In practice it would need to be about USD4bn.
