RE: Trolls28 Oct 2025 12:32
The problems with trolls like you Foggie is that they can't see the wood for the trees. Things have changed as Speccy keeps saying.
The CDI deal is a done deal. The GM is on the 24th November. Look at the large shareholder register. One of the directors just lobbed in a chunk of cash. There is no way that the deal doesn't go through. That is about £377k up front, then the $2.00 per ounce on the indicated resource and the 1.5% NSR Royalty.
On the housing JV because the trolls don't read stuff or listen to stuff they miss important things. House builders typically go wrong on projects because they take on debt. The debt ranks first, so when their project runs late, the debt servicing eats up their profit. The other way they go wrong is when they have cleared the debt and the profit is in the sale of the last few houses. The longer it takes to sell those houses and the higher the discount the more the profit gets eaten up. Here, according to AB, the deal is to sell the housing to the ministry; that takes a big chunk of risk out of the process. The other aspect is that although it is an MOU it does have binding clauses: that is, the Dept is committed to buying and funding three factories. Others will have to come out of the profits on the mineral concessions.
