AB was clear that the contracts for the first three plants will signed this week. Once the contract is signed, the JV invoices the capital cost/purchase price and gets paid.

Once the plant is completed and ready to produce it will incur opex.

He said that we sell the finished properties to the Department and they sell them on. So the opex gets recycled.

So monies before 3/4 months, in fact likely this week/next week for the Capex.

Revenue from the sale of the houses, maybe six months. 9,000 houses pa. A lot of money in RRR terms.

On the concessions, AB says likely to partner up.

June 2024. In case anyone missed it, we are now nearly at November 2025. RRR has sold it's Soma Gold royalty for £1mil plus 200,000 warrants. RRR has agreed the sale of CDI for about £377k up front, $2 per ounce on any declared resource and a 1.5% NSR Royalty. It will announce shortly the next steps at Boulon. Several of the liabilities have been cleared.

The new JV has signed it's first deal which due course will involve billions.

The VUP claim continues to progress.

1. That article is a reasonable summary.

2. RRR is no more or less in hock than it already was. This deal is entirely neutral in that regard.

3. I don't see that this changes the cash position, if anything it likely improves it.

4. It says it is for three factories each producing 3,000 houses a year. So it is prefabricated housing at the rate of 9,000 houses pa.

6. Note that this is under the Public Private Partnership law.

7. Under the Public Private Partnership law the DRC Govt gives tax concessions to fund infrastructure.

8. Unless the DRC Govt (The Presidential Office) gives us really good concessions which can be brought into production immediately then nothing happens.

9. RRR gets to choose. AB will be in Lubumbashi next week starting the selection process.

10. For this to be under the PPP law, $billions is involved. All funded by tax concessions and diverting of the royalty.

11. I don't know how immediate, this can be. Since RRR at this stage hasn't selected which concessions it wants, neither does Red Rock.

12. Under normal circumstances DRC would require a significant upfront fee for these concessions. RRR will be paying nothing.

Playing a game

Dealing with a pre-IPO fund raising for a company listing February 2026, dealing a private tech company on its latest tech update and need for funds over the next few months.

Been through the spreadsheet for the first to make sure we end up with the correct number of shares and confirm valuations at listing. The second wants me to start to talking to Private Offices and small VCs about funding for its tech manufacturing factory.
