First the contracts for the first three factories, then they get built, then shipped, then assembled in the DRC, then they start pre-fabricating and then the houses get assembled.

You misunderstand. Patrick has worked on this for years. RRR was asked to get involved when Patrick's previous partner tried to do the dirty on him. Patrick and his company have exclusivity from the suppliers of the pre-fabrication plants, systems and designs. There are other pre-fabrication systems but our exclusivity with one provider, means that if they want that particular system and design, they have to deal with us (the Koto JV).

If you read the Grok report, you will see a lot of plants and a lot of housing is needed
