You have had a detailed explanation, as usual you have to make out you know everything. Beaumont Cornish acts a NOMAD for several companies, I know most of them. I also do lots of pre-IPO investments, where as part of the IPO process they talk to NOMADs. You can't IPO on AIM without engaging a NOMAD.

You don't understand what an Insider is in the UK. Where MAR information is disclosed, that person or party becomes an Insider. When the Cleansing Notice is issued and communicated to that person, they cease to be Inside. That is a Full Stop. It has nothing to do with what you think. There is no ongoing notion of an Insider outside of Director or senior management except where that person has more than 10% of the company, at which point they become what is called a Connected Party.

The fact that someone was an Insider at some point in the past has no relevance what matters is are they an Insider now?

Anyway, you are in the UK and it has been explained to you several times by me and by others, your prattling on about being an Insider is nonsense but it won't stop you prattling on about it. As pointed out by Nike you have stated elsewhere that if you repeat something often enough it becomes true. Probably something you picked up from your Limp Dummy activism.

Again, just in case, the way it works is that each company has to maintain an Insider List. When it discloses MAR information to a party, that party gets added to the Insider List. The Insider List is a document made available to the FCA. When the information is in the public domain, what is called a "Cleansing Notice" is issued, which means that person is no longer Inside.

This covers the Cleansing Notice in detail. What normally happens is that the company concerned issues its RNS and then sends its Cleansing Notice to the affected parties. The Cleansing Notice means that they are no longer treated as being Inside. Though I have been on Insider Lists where the intended activity hasn't happened and so they send a Cleansing Notice.

I am sure you are completely unable to understand any of the above but not my issue.

Speccy, I know you are very clever and all that sort of thing but that is not the only explanation. How about people complain after the event that it has taken 3/4 days for the NOMAD to get their arris into gear. How about I know about delays from when I have done CLNs or when I have taken part in placings or when I have subscribed for shares in subsidiary companies? How about you don't understand what an Insider is in the UK?

How about I have had dealings with companies other than RRR and they have complaints about the delays too.

I could explain it to you but I have done before and it does seem to have penetrated. It is possible in the UK to be "Inside" one day and not the next.

Just for you because I know you like to feel included. I am currently inside on several companies, when they make their announcements, I will no longer be inside. Today, I have been in discussions with a fund about CLNs. They will supply me with details of all their recent deals and their current deal flow, once I have signed an NDA. It is called Due Diligence and all that. When they disclose to me the deals they are currently working on (all listed companies, some in the UK but not all) then I will be inside on those companies until such time as I am not.

Hope that clears things up for you!

PS as an aside, there is more general issue about disclosure and RNSs. Look at what DAL put out once the CDI deal was signed. Most of that information could have been put out in that form by RRR but guess what? AIM Regulation and the NOMAD wouldn't permit anything like, ever.

As it stands L2 still looks ok. Last buy went through at 0.042p. And another indeterminate but a quoted mid went through at 0.04p for 7.5mil.

View it as the price of being better informed.

Boring Boy, you and the other trolls did plenty of posting about Prem when you thought it was a stick to beat RRR with. The point, which you haven't taken, is that it is the same NOMAD. Some of the Prem RNSs were obviously too rampy, yet the NOMAD let them through.

What is it £120m or so spent on a plant that still doesn't work? Maybe Nike will go and look at your posting about Prem and point out your glaring hypocrisy?
