Sock Puppet, the deal cannot close before 24/11. DAL then has to close it and then has to issue the shares. I expect RRR would have the shares somewhere between mid December and mid January. The share price now is irrelevant. What matters is, what is the share price when RRR wants to sell.

The nature of the deal is that the upfront monies is small beer compared to what RRR gets if DAL declares a decent resource and goes into production. IMVHO, DAL are giving it some welly and intend to move fast. RRR could have done the deal with other parties but picked DAL because they thought they would make fast progress.

DAL is paying in shares. The deal is 13.25mil shares plus AUD 2.00 per ounce of declared resource plus 1.5% NSR Royalty. It is completely irrelevant to DAL what its share price is vis a vis doing the deal.

It says page 1, prep for drilling and geochem on the newly acquired Ivorian tenements underway.

It says page 2. following the binding acquisition....

It says page 3, local recruitment of geologists and logistics to support operations at Yamassoukro.

So DAL has started spending serious readies on CDI. But always, you know better.

NB 200,000 ounces of declared resource and production is worth about £9mil to RRR.

Further it says district scale, so it is looking for between 1m and 5m ounces. 5m+ is referred to as regional scale.

All information in the public domain and published by DAL. No doubt Speccy will try to say it is inside information. And no I don't know DAL and no I haven't spoken to them, met them or emailed. Sock Puppet has probably emailed them and chatted to them though.

Sock Puppet, I do. Just so you know, because I know you like to know. I have a call this afternoon with a guy from Monaco before he goes travelling for a month on business. He is the Chairman of a private company, we are discussing how the AAs need changing prior to engaging with institutions for the production scale up funding and how one shareholder needs diluting down. AMLR and KYC will be a nightmare because of his residence and the vehicle he holds his shares through.

One I am in completed a pre-IPO raise Friday and drew down on the funds yesterday. So they should have signed the engagement letters with all the professionals to prep the IPO document. Strangely Beaumont Cornish didn't get the NOMAD gig. Should list early February. Cross your fingers for me. I can feel your best wishes from here.

The RRR/Koto JV signed a PPP JV with the DRC Govt, the Department for Rural Affairs being the lead department. There are literally videos in existence of the Mininster praising the Koto JV and pictures of him signing the agreement in his office. Yet you have the brass neck to pretend it didn't happen.
