In it, DAL says things like;

"Completion of $1m strategic placement cornerstoned by existing shareholders, directors and local Cote d'Ivoire partners to fund exploration and working capital"

"Preparations under way for a new drilling and geochemical programme across the newly acquired Ivorian tenements, supported by the expanded local technical team"

"Following the binding acquisition of four new gold permits"

"Has commenced recruitment local geologists and logistics"

So the existing shareholders and directors stumped up most of the readies in the Placing. It really sounds like they are having second thoughts, don't you think?

They raised AUD1.35mil with one of the NEDS taking AUD150k.

If you look at the major shareholders

You will see that 68.3% is held by what they term insiders. By that they mean people linked to the management.

So as I said, no way it doesn't go through.

But someone would only come to that conclusion is they took the trouble to do some research: ie., not you.

DAL 3.9c/4.3c. You will see it has changed direction if you actually looked at the chart. Gold has bounced, now $4,130. ASX had a bad few days last week. But as I pointed out we don't get the shares till after the 24th.

DAL gave an update on it's planned field work. One question is, will it start the work before the 24th or not?

What matters is what the share price is when we sell not what it is now. The most important thing is that DAL is aggressive in its exploration and that is the way it looks to be going

This "other one"; my total cost in is £35,200 and at IPO is £402k ish. I think it will be go up hard because of news flow. It looks like it has 100% of the CAPEX lined up through non-dilutive financing but not yet signed and likely won't be signed before the IPO.

I do those types of deals all the time. I was offered one on Thursday, the debt was taking a 50% haircut but I said no. On the one above, I bought £1.25mil of debt and paid £1.00 for it: so when the haircut came in, we were ahead of the game.

Anyway, you should be pleased when other people make money. Just like you should be pleased that people who have been buying over the last three months or so could have been up 120% (as confirmed by Grok) if they didn't listen to you two muppets.

He did say in his broadcast the other evening, that they were outstanding one item in getting past the committee which signs off transfer of funds. He said that they wanted Factory Plans.

Just to cheer you up Boring Boy, because I know this stuff really cheers you up.

The copper and gold one which completed its pre-IPO round just over a week ago, has engaged all the professionals it needs for the IPO in February. One of the things they are having redone is the CPR so it is up to date and takes into account the EIA which has been issued.

They redid the NPV10 last week and now comes out at USD200mil.

I would tell you more but you are such an obsessive that you would start ringing people up and harassing them. Maybe you should take a leaf out of Foggie's book and be really pleased when other people make money.
