Making up stuff again. Why not concentrate on what is actually in the public domain or is that not convenient?
We already know what he is going to say because we have done the research, read the RNSs, read the posts on Twitter, listened to the videos. That stuff is inconvenient for you and so you try to pretend it doesn't exist.
I commented yesterday. We have two major things for him to comment on, everything else is interesting but smaller: the first thing to comment on is the PPP JV and the second is the issue of the Arrete from the Cour de Cassation.
In the first case we are awaiting confirmation that the committee that deals with Govt payments has authorised payment for the FIRST three plants. His Twitter posts from Monday were pictures of the documents that needed to be submitted.
In the second case, Le Cour de Cassation normally issues Arretes on a Wednesday and a Friday. Typically they issue them quite late in the day, certainly after 4.30pm. There wasn't much chance of an RNS yesterday addressing the Arrete.
So if he issues an RNS then it is either that the committee has signed off the payments and the payments of $22.5mil to the Koto JV are now authorised or that they are authorised and has been instructed or it is that the Arrete has been issued. It may have been issued last night, who knows? I don't.
If you look at the photos, you will see that they have put together a booklet for the Committee for each of the plants: Kinshasa, Lualaba and Kasai-Oriental.

Two things we don't know: when the RNSs will be coming out and how many factories are needed. Work the numbers through, the housing gig might turn out to be very interesting.
Gold going well.
