I did tell you about gas collection issues some time ago. I was in company a while back with a serious number of gas wells: they had access to two collection connections and the price paid for the gas was ok. The price of gas dropped and one dropped out. The other then changed terms such that it wasn't worth producing the gas. Less than straightforward.

AB was last night specifically referencing the PPP JV between the DRC Govt and the Koto JV. The Koto and RRR JV is 50/50. So is the statement we are waiting for funds correct? Yes we are, We as in 50/50 partners in the JV. Is the $22.5mil profit? No it is payment for the three factories. Everyone knows and understands that except you!

I pointed out to you this deliberately seeking to avoid knowledge that is inconvenient is called "Nelsonian Knowledge". This means that you deliberately avoid information that is awkward for your twisted agenda by just claiming it doesn't exist or it says something else. If you listen to the last five minutes of his broadcast last night, he directly addresses it. The Agreement has binding clauses, one of the binding clauses is to buy and pay for three plants. If you read the presentation that RRR put in the public domain, it says that the plants are $7.5mil each.

If if you dust off your dusty first class degree in economics (from when first class degrees were first class degrees) you might be able to multiply out 3 x $7.5m. Even if you didn't do Econometrics, you should be able to do that. Once you have done it, if you care to post the number, I will be eternally grateful for about five minutes.

Shadow, the VUP claim and the PPP JV are two separate things. They are entirely separate processes. They are not linked in anyway.

Listen to the broadcast AB did last night. He says that the first three factories are ordered and we now await the payments: $22.5m in total. It is the last five minutes where he says something interesting.

Multiple contracts have been signed. The three main are, JV between Koto and RRR, contract with the supplier of the pre-fabrication plants and Koto, MOU with binding terms that order 3 plants.

According to AB from last night, they are going through a process that permits payment of funds from the DRC Govt to the Koto JV. He says the last bit of paperwork goes in this morning.
