Zumore is a seriously unpleasant character. He was a major ramper of RRR and Andrew Bell in 2010/11 even though he admitted he knew nothing about investing. He still knows nothing.

He is not a shareholder in RRR. His sole purpose all the subsequent years is to cause problems for RRR and AB. He has nothing but malign intentions towards your investments in RRR and by extension, you. All because he got his investing wrong about 10 years ago.

Try reading all the RNSs, listening to the interviews and doing research. Make notes so you can piece things together.

All the work in DRC is done in French and so any documents will need translating in due course and RRR is dealing with wriggly people.

Why would he say anything that might prejudice the outcome?

1. I can't give you information not in the public domain.
2. There are three separate boxes: the awards against VUP given in the commercial court in Lumbumbashi; the $15mil held by Gecamines pending agreement on who gets what; the claim against Glencore.

The court proceedings and court orders in Lumbumbashi established that the three licences were owned by the JV and not by VUP.

What RRR has been trying to sort, is recovery of at least 50.1% of the $15mil held at Gecamines. Gecamines will release the monies pursuant to agreement between VUP and RRR or an order to do so pursuant to an arbitration.

In these type of arbitrations they try to get the various parties to agree, if they don't then an arbitration order is imposed.

You all know the above. It is in the public domain. From VUP's point of view, they were trying to pocket the $20mil (the $5mil paid over already and the $15mil held at Gecamines). It is entirely understandable that VUP will do anything (ANYTHING) and everything it can possibly do to frustrate RRR. They are not going to roll over, lay on their backs and ask to have their tummies tickled whilst handing over a little over $10mil.

We are dealing with some wriggly people.

There is a fair chance that ALR will get flipped before it makes it to an IPO.

JM drops hairy spherical ones on a regular basis. He was an early investor in Helium One which was a right horlicks until they did a pre-IPO CLN and then reversed into Attis. It didn't help that JM and other big hitters were in there.

Bradda Head might be in the US and be a "safer" jurisdiction but the regulatory demands are much more difficult than Zimbabwe. Regardless of what you think of Zimbabwe, there has been a lot of recent corporate activity for lithium in Zimbabwe.

The intention is not that ALR will be an RRR company. RRR is merely helping put the portfolio together. It will in due course have its own board and hopefully a separate listing. RRR will be below 50% and not have control.
