If you are referring to me, my comment was to Capt Kurt about the CLN.

I negotiated it and put £80k+ in it personally but Capt Kurt thinks we were defrauded into it by false statements re the VUP/Gecamines settlement. Hence, my comment about him knowing better.

I know exactly where we are up to with the process.

Unfortunately, AB/RRR is plagued with people who just randomly make up accusations and conspiracy theories that have no basis in reality. In most cases, the random accusations fly directly in the face of the what has been put in the public domain. Like the accusations that AB/RRR didn't know how good Musonoi is/was despite multiple interviews in the public domain and posted on here that show he knew exactly how good it and is.

I have just posted two videos that showed he did know that he had something valuable. Chengtun paid $110mil for 85% of the Kalongwe asset and he explicitly says that RRR had something better in Musonoi (there were two further licences on top).

The Gecamines/Glencore/VUP deal was a corrupt transaction where the parties went to great lengths to obscure what had happened. Gecamines is the DRC para-Statal/Regulator of the assets. If Gecamines wants to obscure what had happened, how exactly is RRR supposed to know. All it knew what was that suddenly it had no access to the assets and it was being fobbed off by both Gecamines and VUP. Until the court case there was nothing in the public domain that RRR could access. For instance the transfer of the assets had not been registered on the Cadastre (look it up).

So instead of trying to change the subject, why not just acknowledge that your accusation against AB and RRR was a complete and utter misrepresentation and that if you had done any (ANY) research you would know that.

Anyway, I have better things to do that deal with you. I suspect that by the end of next week you will be shut once and for all.

First line confirms exactly what he thought of Musonoi in 2019.

On the core in the Gecamines Core Shed he had a team of 12 finding and sorting the core and prepping it for sampling. Then suddenly we we denied access with no explanation; we now know the reason.

If you watch both of those videos you will see that AB knew exactly what he had. There is another earlier video from when we got the licences where he is more explicit and precise about what is there but I can't find it. In it he explains how RRR got the licences and what he was promised was there: at least 400,000 tonnes of copper and 24,000 tonnes of cobalt.

So for some know everything person who doesn't check anything to say he didn't know what it was worth is ludicrous.

He might not have known what the price on the crooked transaction was but why would he?

Well that is another shaggy dog story but one that might result in more upside for RRR if the dice fall favourably. I will let AB keep it to tell everyone in due course as a fireside chat over whiskey video.

Originally, it was 1620 Capital which became Bring Minerals. My understanding is that BM is now in administration but I could be wrong.

So I waited to see if anyone picked up on the important new information in that interview and no one did.

$430mil v $250mil: that is a material and precise variation. It could be that AB mis-spoke as the Americans like to say. I checked, it seems he did not.

So the minimum award that RRR should get moves up to $215mil ish less whatever is the final number that it receives from VUP/Gecamines plus damages and plus costs.

So that ends up being quite a substantial amount. The maximum settlement is obviously much larger and what RRR might settle for is another number again.

It may be about to get interesting around here. Once VUP/Gecamines is sorted, then it is on to Big G.

His comment about being worth hundreds of millions of pounds shows where his mind is.
