I agree that you were 100% wrong on whether Musonoi was worthless or not and whether Glencore would want it. I also agree that you were 100% wrong on whether RRR would get its licences reissued in Kenya. You were also 100% wrong on whether the CDI licences were worth anything or not. You were also 100% wrong on on RRR being suspended (weekly since October 2024). You are also 100% wrong to date on a mega placing being executed by RRR since October 2024.

We didn't have a debate. Soma published it's schedule. It subsequently pushed it back again. It may have escaped your notice but then pretty much everything does: I am not the CEO of Soma. If Soma says production start Jan/Feb/March or whatever, then that is the best information we have. Your opinion is not information; regardless of how important you think you are.

Soma say El Limon production in August: not me. Soma said they were doing it at various points and they didn't, take It up with them. As it happens there were various reasons for them not doing the restart but again, take it up with them.

They lodged a fund raising document with the regulator on 29th July. In it SOMA stated production restart at El Limon in August. The CEO and the CFO signed to say, "This offering document, together with any document filed under Canadian securities legislation on

or after July 29, 2024, contains disclosure of all material facts about the securities being distributed

and does not contain a misrepresentation."

So if you have an issue with it, take It up with thx Regulator and SOMA. The best information anyone has is contained in that document.

CDI, you have no idea what the proposed deal is or who with. CDI is hot right now: RRR had three companies wanting to deal.

When RRR has signed the a deal on CDI then it will be an RNS. And it is not 30 days, it was signed on 4th August, so 20 days left.

If Soma starts production at El Limon next week based on all Soma's numbers the payment due in November will be substantial. IMHO Soma will want to buy in the royalty pretty quickly.

In the meantime as you know we still have someone who is looking at doing a deal on Bilbale. Selling or JVing Bilbale to fund Boulon would make sense.

Why you think you can comment rationally on anything, when you start from the position everything is a lie is perplexing.

The Aussie company paid for a 30 day exclusivity from the 4th August. That is what they have, nothing more.
