The "retainer" is not a retainer, it is an 30 day exclusivity fee. During which time, we cannot talk to or negotiate with other companies about CDI. If a deal not done within 30 days, then it is open season again.

The deal for CDI is not worth AUD60k; it is obviously a seriously greater amount than AUD60k.

Bottom line is that it is a serious deal for serious amounts of money. Obviously, all of the above is untrue because RRBB knows better. Tell us, yet again, how the licences are worthless, they are delinquent, we have lost them etc....

Boring Boy, no pivot. RRR has bunch of licenses and assets in different countries. You have been told for months that CDI is hot and that a deal was likely. BF, as the company said, it was given a deadline to start exploration and production at Boulon.

So because CDI is hot RRR had three companies wanting to do a deal. At Boulon the company is doing what was required.

Each these things proceeds at its own pace.

No pivot. But obviously none that can be true because you said the licences were worthless and, in any case, RRR had lost them. And who is anyone to contradict you?

Boring Boy, you really are the dullest of dullards; that was the crux of the case that VUP brought against Gecamines and Glencore in the Lubumbashi Commercial Court. You know the one where RRR intervened? You know the one where we secured a ruling that they were JV assets, that we owned 50.1%, plus damages and costs?

VUP's stated case was that Gecamines owed them $15m from the JV assets sale and that Glencore had guaranteed payment of said $15m. Hence, VUP sued them jointly.

If Glencore bought the assets from Gecamines without VUP's involvement, why the guarantee?

If VUP sold the assets to Gecamines without Glencore's involvement, why the guarantee?

NB IMHO Glencore has no defence.

Boring Boy, you really are a dullard. Firstly I have said the same several times previously. Secondly, it is not risk mitigation, it is loss recovery. Thirdly, I have posted several times on here using my own words and Grok's, how quantum of loss is calculated in a case of tortious interference.

It seems to me that the actions started in late 2019 and continued for some time. RRR was engaged in procuring the materials and data to produce a JORC then a BFS and an early production start. All of this is in the public domain.

Boring Boy, what I commented on was the technical engineering risks with regard to what they were trying to do. It was not straightforward or easy regardless of what was said.

They have a lot of debt and NG in the US is called the Widow-Maker. NG is trending down at the moment. It should start to move up for Winter in the next few weeks.

I have commented on RRR several times and explained. When and if RRR makes a loss claim against Glencore, it will include what resulted subsequent to the sale of JV assets to Glencore.
