1. CDI is hot at the moment, there have been a bunch of deals. Check ASX. I could tell you but I won't.

2. The RNS states we had offers from three companies. Why would we go with someone who didn't make the best offer?

3. They are paying an exclusivity fee for 30 days.

4. What is RRR's MC £2m. It wouldn't take much a deal to have a look through value greater than that. Why pay for an exclusivity fee unless you really wanted the deal and thought you would lose it?

It is only 30 days exclusivity. If RRR is not happy with progress or the deal is not closed then we are open to offers again. We keep the exclusivity fee. Likely now this is in the public it will stimulate more interest. If the exclusivity lapses, then more companies are likely to want to talk.

It shows that the CDI assets have a significant value; likely in excess of RRR's market capitalisation. Not bad for assets which were delinquent, we had lost and were in any case worthless: according to the World's Greatest Part Qualified Accountant.

Demonstrating your own stupidity Boring Boy. It was sold in 2015 and had a throughput of 25tpd. Para resources paid to increase it to 225 tpd as part of the deal. Production stopped in 2019.

Para bought El Bagre and concentrated on that. They also bought some Arizona gold assets that turned out to be worthless.
