If it was Inside Information RRR would have had to announce it via an RNS rather than an RNS Reach. RRR announced it via its Twitter account before it published the RNS Reach. If it was MAR information the NOMAD would have insisted on an RNS.

RRRR literally told everyone what was happening on 21st July "The Company has received several expressions of interest for its Ivory Coast gold portfolio, with two offers of a mixture of cash, shares and other consideration made. Any of these offers would represent a significant premium over cost". Idiot Boy of course insisted it was a ramp and we had lost the licences but in any case were worthless. Just like he now insists, there is no deal and the amounts will be insignificant.

If he did some research he might be less boring.
