Andrew Bell posted on his Twitter feed that he was in DRC for a few days. He said, "I am in DRC for a few days". Again, I have a copy of the screen shot.

1. The fact he is in DRC is not price sensitive information, as shown by the market reaction.

2. If it was MAR information, what is he doing posting it on Twitter?

I said fair value on an NPV basis dependent on the inputs. I have no idea what Soma might offer. They can do the calcs too. They will offer as little as they think they can and still get a deal done.

NB the inputs affect the NPV because of how they affect the cashflow. If Soma do what they say they can, then the NPV is higher. If they can't, then it is lower. The more Soma think they can do what they have indicated, the more likely it is that they will want to do a deal.

I have already said that fair value on an NPV calculation is circa $2/2.3m depending on the inputs used.
