So they detect Covid at a football stadium, spend the next few hours testing everyone and then when they've found who has it, they send them home. Is that how you picture this working? Or do they just cancel the match outright on the first sign of an alert? Is there another option? The system detects Covid but then it's just ignored?

I'm not sure if you're being seriousor not, but no, of course they won't. In what possible way would that solve the problem?

Is it realistic to expect offices, hotels and public venues to go to the expense of installing and paying ongoing fees for Microtox systems for Covid if it won't benefit them directly? They're presumably not going to be of any use in identifying who's carrying it. So if it's detected, evacuate the building and hope it hasn't already spread? I don't see that happening.

Realistically, the only places I can see them being of significant benefit is in cruise ships and major cities to act as an early warning system, not so much in whether or not the virus is present, but to what extent. Sorry for the negativity, but I'd hate to see the company waste their time (and money) trying to sell to locations and industries with no hope of success when there are a few out there for whom this technology could be crucial.

I signed up to HL a few months ago specifically to buy a stock listed on the Paris stock exchange. There was an extra step in the verification process iirc, so it might be available on there if you do that. It was a small cap stock, too. If you tell me the symbols I can check Iweb and HL if you like.

Is there any reason to expect news in the next few days? Surely their Covid testing system hasn't been completed this quickly?

Not a huge amount. It would've been a pretty reasonable sum at the start of last year though. Either way, it looks as though getting an RTO done will be their best opportunity for another decent payday here.

Flu vaccines get updated yearly to keep up with the latest strain/mutation. When you consider all the medicines, cosmetics and food additives we use, it's stupid to be afraid of a vaccine just because everyone's afraid of the virus.

No it's not. No chance whatsoever, at least according to what Richard Marsden said in last week's Bloomberg interview. I'm very confident the millions of doses they hope to have by the end of year will be available to those who need them. But "anytime now" is completely false.

Thanks. I usually check company websites first, but I've found that Synairgen are in the minority of companies that actually keep it up-to-date. I assume that funds and institutions aren't required to disclose their holdings unless it's above the 3% threshold?

Is there a reliable source for up-to-date information of major shareholders? Most of the sources I see are out of date.

Unlikely. There was talk at one point that losses by the US subsidiary could be worth something here. But that was soon ruled out.
