Instead the board gave David Bramhill a bonus salary of £398,333, Joe £177,500 an pay rises for all the other members in 2023. I wonder what Zac Phillips got paid ? He prides himself with transparency but we will never know...Then there are the bloggers like Malcy, IT PR....??! Now we have Craig to pay
As for our dividend, suck on the lowest ever awarded of 0.25p and an abysmal share price since last year's AGM
Why you mentioned raising cash is beyond me as there should be enough money with David's 'embarrassment of riches' to reward the board an the share holders. My view is that the board have done extremely well over the last few years compared to us.
May I remind you Mr Blogger that you also wrote an article 4th March 'Bulletin board opinion, what is more likely ?' stating common sense was that David's confidence in the renaissance of West Newton this year would undermine any of the bulletin board's thinking that there would be no drill. Do you really see this happening now because I do not ?
As for me on the board, I gave you my views :
Performance-related pay would be top of my list
No gambling money with other companies
Returning capital to shareholders via regular dividends an buy backs
Regular online investor meets for transparency an improved PR
The old boys club at Bath would never have room for someone like me. David an Joe go back years with the likes of NightHawk an many other companies to mention.
Keep writing your blogs an maybe take off your rose tinted glasses an let is hope that all shareholders an board members eventually do get rewarded.
