Who cares what anyone says the facts are that David has earnt over £2 million pounds an awarded himself a bonus on the most disappointing share price an gave us an insult of a dividend.

It is obvious that the majority of the board will retire soonish, pat there selves on the back an we will be left with Craig an Zac.

It is like Sara said in her interview how you have to listen out for David's subtexts like 'rabbit's 'transformational' " Great Expectations' then that smug smile.

Why are the 500 shareholders not buying in as trust an confidence is at an all time low.

I guess the likes of Zac Traders coffee shop will just continue to tell us the higher price targets for in a month or two that many get sucked in to

If Labour government get in, which I believe they will, Wressle income will drop substantially with the new tax rules an no taxes to claim back like under current scheme. Union Jack didnt even reward us even though David is claiming back some of the tax from the works at Wressle now. I do not see West Newton action this year-I would be amazed. So surely that will just leave Union Jack with the Oklahoma incomes ?! That wont be alot for quite a while yet ?! I struggle to see how shareholders will still see value here with the board, PR IT etc etc still milking it...

It does make you wonder what value Craig will bring if his own company could not attract buyers an he is coming to Union Jack as a prt timer. I see that as yet more salaries...

When you see what REabold have just awarded themselves in salaries/bonuses it is incredible ! Maybe it is West Newton syndrome that all directors get bonuses just like here ? Such poor taste yet we get the lowest dividend EVER ! Buy backs stopping also weird.

I have 100k shares so it would cost me more than the dividend to get there and back. But cutting the dividend is tantamount to holding up a billboard saying “we have a problem”. It will flash red and investors will steer clear. The sp will fall, oh it has!

I won’t say anything more but cutting the dividend by such a measly amount was a monumental blunder.
