When I say PR types I was moving on to the bloggers.

Yes, I agree on the bonus thinking about it but Donald Zac Phillips must be paid for his services an I can only imagine it is between David an Joe's salary. Donald has been around for a very long time an must have banked an awful lot too whilst we are given a token gesture 0.25p an 18p share price.
