RNS 14th June 2023 'The share buy-back and dividend programmes continue' - Sounded great to me an share price was on an upward trajectory.

22nd June 2023 AGM - David an team spoke of a dividend from Egdon proceeds

22nd June 2023 100,000 Shares bought back at 32.25 pence

This was the last buy back on the AGM day despite what was, we now know, misleadingly stated in the RNS. Sadly for shareholders hundreds of thousands was wasted on Beacon Energy, instead of what was pledged in an RNS, as continuing buybacks. Lows have been seen of 14p but the buybacks to date have stopped ?!

With regard to the dividend, which shows confidence in your company an attracts new investors, we have only just been awarded another one, notably the lowest to date at 0.25p

I do agree that the move to the US is a positive one but we are yet to hear this 'major success' an with confidence an trust clearly poor you stated 'This new direction will obviously take some time to implement'

With the share price at 16ps, half of last year's AGM price, those who put their trust an confidence in the company are left with big losses meanwhile the board awarded themselves bonus payments in their salaries. As if they hadnt earnt enough.

Zac Phillips, though not on the board, is an advisor to the company an has been associated with Union Jack for many years. I posted his interview with David an Steffi promising how important transparency an communicating with shareholders when deliverability's will not be met. Is the renaissance of West Newton an drilling programme for 2024 that was RNSd by Union Jack still on target if not this should be RNSd?

I'm sorry Zac but you really are out of touch with Union Jack's share price.

I mean look at the bonuses Stephen an Sachin took ?!! Then Sanderson's salary.

It is all so wrong an sad that hard working people put their money an trust with these people who run these AIM companies.

I really thought David was different. I trusted him.

David should not be issuing RNSs showing confidence in renaissances at West Newton an drills this year. This for me personally is egging it an will never happen an a fine example of what David does in general.

I rewatch so many of David's interviews that I, an many, believed. Like Sara said, you have to listen to all of his patter. David really knows how to ramp his company an then back track...meanwhile he takes an incredible salary for someone of his age. I have no clue what he does with it. He will retire an say how well he did here....well that is true. But will shareholders share that belief ?! Time will tell. We put our trust in these old boys decisions. That Zac has been around for yonks with his posh speaking an spinning it too. Transparency - really ? Risk reward ? - utter tosh. It feels to me like some masonic circle with all of these men. The salaries, with the bonuses, were totally unacceptable on a falling share price. I also question what 'everyone' is being paid overall here. PR, IT, bloggers, advisors ???!!

Our dividend is the lowest one ever. Clearly we are bottom of the list.

Buy backs stopped on last year's AGM. Madness when David could have bought back as low as 14p versus the last one at 32p ?!
