It doesn't matter as now we can say for 100% certainty that there will be future profits as TF is cash generative. This is the first time we have been able to actually say this about SYME and it vindicates the speculative nature of the investment. Now the company is worth whatever the value of TF' current revenue is PLUS whatever the speculative value of SYME's future is.

This small jump this morning is pocket change. The market doesn't know how to value the scale of this company yet.

Having danced around several NDAs in my time, it can be fun, exciting and difficult trying to dance round the rules within them but the stakes are quite high if you mess it up usually or there would be no purpose to having one in the first place.

If you read the full code from that github link they are clearly not talking about the ODX test as it goes on to say that you may need to wait 3 - 7 days for your results after posting your blood sample.

VISITECT is a lateral flow type test which requires no postage for results.

This was unexpected. I've just bagged here for the first time on any share!

I know a lot about embedded software/hardware and robotics but it's basically impossible to say anything useful about what the problem is here without seeing the system in person. There's a million ways software and hardware, particularly bespoke software and hardware like a production line machine, could foul up or run in unexpected ways or run slowly.

My opinion, which they probably share, is that the machine is at least running and spitting out useful product so lets not mess with it too much.

With a system like this there are so many points of failure with overlapping dependencies that "fixing" one part could break the perfectly adequate function of five other parts. They'll work the bugs out in time. If they have material on hand to run product off the line they should do that. When it's down for scheduled maintenance they can play with getting it to run faster at zero risk to the production volume.

Proof of concept already exists from the two italian pilot projects.
What we are actually waiting for is real evidence of companies in the wild having their inventories monetiesed.

I'm fairly confident DHSC will be forced to pay up because the product continued to be delivered on demand beyond the extent of the initial £150m contract. No reasonable person would assume that the contract was not being renewed when demand for product continued beyond the scope of the initial contract period stated in RNS of 29/09/2020.

I don't know as much about the two pilots of the platform as I probably should but I have a question about them that nobody seems to have addressed here yet...

If the pilot deals were put in place in 2018, wouldn't they only just be coming to an end this year, as per the three year IM deal model?

Is there a good information source on the specific nature of the pilot deals anyone can point me to?

The old PMO creditors can keep dumping shares right down to 8p and still be getting a better deal than what PMO offered them in cash out before the merger.
Not sure how many of their 3.5bn shares they have gotten through so far but I imagine there are still more to go.

Isn't the whole purpose of the SYME product to specifically make that dispute process easier, by having a clear and indelible blockchain through which to trace ownership of a physical commodity with accuracy?
This doesn't just make the product beneficial to companies holding inventory but also to those administering disputes over said inventory in cases where disputes arise.

I know we have no stake in the bank. We still collect revenue from the monetisations the bank funds though. That is what I'm highlighting.

That's exactly my point Wolf, they need to stop wasting time pandering to some funder that may or may not end up monetising some inventory through SYME and start working with the funding that's already been secured in order to actually generate revenue for SYME. That is the purpose of the captive bank. Time to get it moving asap.

What do you mean zero cash? SYME isn't a financier, it's a service provider. There is no requirement for SYME to have cash, only to collect fees.
Quadrivio Group are funding the captive bank and have already committed to the deal to the tune of €8bn of funding to 2024, as outlined in RNS 21st Sept 2020 . There's the cash. Let's get it bloody moving.

The only reason "the funder" has been entertained thus far is because they have a £70bn portfolio to play with. We don't need that big of a fish on the hook yet so now that it's started wriggling it's time to cut that line and get some damn dinner on the plate.

Bin them and go for it ourselves with captive bank only funding, even if just to get the company over the starting line finally.

That's gonna have to be the play here. If the funder doesn't want to miss out on the income, SYME will have to show them that they cannot just bully the pot like this by simply either offering the opportunity to someone else or ponying up from the captive bank only.

It's far more important to the market to actually get some inventory funded right now than it is to secure some massive whale of a funder at any cost. We know there will be a need for ever increasing billions in capital to fund the deals in the future but literally all we need right now is to fund just any of the 200 deals we have lined up already and get the money changed hands to show the market this is an actual business with deals actually happening and revenue actually being generated beyond just client company onboarding fees.
