easyJet are a household name all over europe. I live on a flightpath near Edinburgh and the only planes I've seen flying so far are EZJ. I am very confident this will recover well, but not overnight. £12.5-13 low target in a 1.5-2 year timeframe is my anticipation.
There were always going to be different recovery times for different sectors and logically aerospace and travel will be among the slowest to pick back up, but they absolutely certainly will pick back up. The only question is to what extent for each individual business. EZJ is strongly positioned to weather the time to recover. Patience is all that is required here.

Newcomers benefit existing holders by driving the price up. The divi is only split by the total number of shares which doesn't change readily, not by the number of individuals holding so you don't get less out of it as an existing holder if more people buy in, your shares go up in value AND you get the dividend. Win win.

Seems nobody mentioned the two obvious reasons TFC opted to merge with SYME.

They effectively get paid ~£8m (reason one) to effectively become an LSE listed company (reason two).

There may be other reasons of course, but these two seem blindingly obvious to me.

Cost per square foot for construction is way up now due to very high materials costs.

The 2020 accounts are somewhat irrelevant in my view because of the tradeflow acquisition.
Tradeflow brings the company guaranteed and continued revenue upon which to exist while all the other stuff comes together. It's not the specific revenue source we were looking for initially, but it's gonna keep the lights on until that sweet sweet IM money beings rolling in.

The problem here is not around the question of whether mass testing is useful or good. There is no debate that it is a necessity and has to happen here as there is no other practical way to attempt to contain this disease.
The problem is simply about having known and consistent levels of test accuracy that can be trusted within that mass testing regime upon which to base assessments of the situation.

The big plus point of the deal is that the further considerations beyond the initial cash and shares are performance based and linked to targets in the TFC forward valuation so at least in theory TFC will be paying for some of it's own acquisition.
