A couple of points in your post that i would challenge.

We do know, the FDA are committed to responding within 30 days of receipt of the Hemo's complete response. Perhaps it is unknown whether it will be 7 days or 29 days. Given it is a single issue and one that has been described as relatively straightforward, i would wager that they get back within 2 weeks.

Based on all the research I have conducted - 'badgering' or even simply 'contact' initiated by the sponsor is massively discouraged, I do not think badgering is professional; the FDA guidance is very clear and states a 30 days SLA

I'm not sure i would term it 'lucky'. It was a Hemo decision to raise when they had the opportunity at a time when it was just as difficult to raise then as it is now, It would not have been taken lightly - but all small caps understand the huge importance of cash . The great news as a shareholder - it feels as good (if not better) decision now as it did at the time despite. (i appreciate some shareholders were upset at the time, but raises are part and parcel of investing in micro caps with high risk and reward)

Jezza - I'm not sure Vlad would have said a simple fix. But he certainly intimated that it was something that he was very confident he would resolve and relatively speaking the issue was much simpler and straightforward than if there had been multiple, fundamental issues raised by the FDA

Very uneducated comment

- The clinical hold letter only arrived 5 weeks ago

- Hemo confirmed it was an issue with the manufacturing of the Lentivus

- Hemo identifed a resolution - which would then have been communicated to Wuxi

- Wuxi would then need to re-manufacture (a two step process) the Lentivirus - which they do in China

- This will then be sent to Hemo who will likely do some tests on it and document a Full Response to the FDA.

This feels like at least 5 weeks work, probably a little more.

You can call it an easy fix if you like - but we are talking about cutting edge biotech that will shortly be tested on humans. The good news was that the reason for the clinical hold was limited to one issue, that Hemo quickly identified a resolution.

In terms of comms, I don't think any investors are really expecting an update until Hemo are ready to communicate back to the FDA. OR, they may respond to FDA and RNS when they get confirmation from FDA that clinical hold is removed.

I'm no scientist - but I would estimated that 5-6 weeks is the absolute minimum time that this would take. But equally it could be double that. I think we are just about in the territory where and RNS is possible any time.

It has been a LONG wait for me. I have missed many other good investment opportunities along the way. But i have stayed invested as I am confident that the long wait will be rewarded; so for me, patience is now more important than ever after staying patient for soooo long

I'd love you to be right samval - and it may be - but in current market it is hard to get genuine value. To successfully raise, they will probably need to offer a big discount

It feels like whilst it has retreated - the quote on the Ask as rarely gone below 1.75p - so it looks like investors are accumulating anything at these levels ahead of fireworks if the expected news drops

This will be on many people's radar given the volume 2 weeks ago
