What i shared in this thread is my absolute belief at this moment based on extensive research of the FDA process.

The process has to work for all sorts of reasons for clinical holds on all sorts of INDs. Sometimes the FDA may be saying yes to a plan (as in this case), in others they may say yes to a test result.

Hemo are ALWAYS very careful and prudent in the way they report news in RNSs.

Last time they submitted to FDA, FDA placed a clinical hold. The trolls on here took great pleasure in categorising that as a "FAIL"

This time the FDA have accepted Hemo's plan to remove clinical hold. This is a "PASS"

So, given the obvious that Stu has mistimed his trades after spending half his life on this forum with his manipulative posts, I thought I would start a post to compare this bout of mistiming with other famous mistiming.

The FDA process is crystal clear. To remove a clinical hold, you must respond with a solution to JUST the reasons for the clinical hold. FDA then respond within 30 days.

Hemo did all this as per RNS. They went back to FDA in August and have now had an acceptance. Clinical Hold is effectively lifted

It sounds like there is a few formalities (refine full IND submission) and some tests before starting trials.

I don't have a beef with Stu for being wrong about the order of RNS coming out. He was either breaking the law (insider dealing) or simply giving his opinion when he thought we may get a CBR or CDX one first. Clearly it was the latter, as he was proved incorrect on this occasion.

He is wrong today thought to try and pretend this is anything but GREAT news. He should read the FDA process following clinical hold and he will understand that this is the news we were all waiting for.

I'm sure he will try hard to weave this into more FUD, but that will just be a signal of his desperation and failure to time this rights as a trader.

Hemo have had 99.9% of their highly complex IND cleared by FDA. They just need to resolved the splicing of the Lentivirus. (Which they are confident they have now addressed)

Hemo also have CBR and CDX in the wings.

It's laughable that a tin pot trader like you is trying to make the case that one very early in development therapy is superior to another.

SEED was in a very similar boat - was stagnant and drifting. The opportunity to accumulate sub 2p was there for a while

One2one - you really are quite pathetic and clutching at straws to find a reason to be negative about Hemogenyx.

There is NOT a CH because the lentivirus was manufactured in China. It was a specific aspect of the methodology - which is just as likely to have been a decision by Hemo. Hemo found a solution and it was then to be re-manufactured in China.

Vlad and the highly skilled and talented scientists at Hemo are far more qualified to judge on where it's safe to have the lentivrus manufactured than you are.

To answer your question though as to why. The relationship with Wuxi will have been through Hemo's partnership with Penn university - one of the world leaders in CAR-T. Wuxi have huge presence in the USA in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Wuxi have manufacturing facilities globally, including China and the USA. I expect it was either COST or a specific technical reason as to why it was manufactured in China vs USA.

There really is nothing to see here - jog on one2one and go and troll another share or maybe invest in Hemo - a company on te threshold of the clincic with huge potential to bring a better outcome for patients with the deadly AML.

Why would Vlad buy shares when he has >50m options to vest when the time is right....to help your trading strategy? I'm sure he has better things to do with his money - and if he did want to invest, i'd suggest he invests in something other than hemo to diversify a little.

When it hits 10p I will be sure to let you know what Champagne Vlad drinks - as I will be heading to NY to buy him a bottle of his favourite

Does not really matter how they acquired them - they founded the company so you would expect that

It's the fact that their financial objectives are very aligned to shareholders.

The move from current level to 10p in this share price is worth c$15m dollars to Team Sandler. A fitting reward for shareholders and Vlad's dedication

To think I was accused once of trying to set the narrative on this forum.

You read Stu's posts (a poster with a clear history of manipulation) you would think he is judge and jury

The potential with CBR has NOT diminished in the slight, my expectation is that it's probably another notch along the development cycle.

Vlad has spoken before about cutting the right deal and the right time - he may be looking at funding deals that better support that ambition of getting right deal at the right time and maximise shareholder value.

This is not one of those companies that raises on a whim with minimal board share ownership - the HEMO board has genuine skin in the game.

Quit the speculating and lets see what the next few weeks bring
