Note to Pumpky - not once have I attempted to mislead anyone on this forum.

Maybe you are right, perhaps it is technically a dilution as more shares issues.

But if the value of the company increases in tandem with the issue, I would argue that the 'essence' of today's news is not dilution.

Certainly nothing like the sort of dilution many companies see when the place at a discount and the SP follows....

It's not dilutionary in my book.

The new shares are being issued at a big premium to current SP. Hemo gets cash out of it which adds value to the company - both in terms of the cash asset but also derisks the clinical trials as any future raise is pushed out into the future.

I don't feel diluted as a shareholder. The market agreed and the SP has only increased since the announcement.

I've got to head out now, but will share further thoughts later.

A really good day for Hemo today - a great RNS which further validated the great RNS last week on CAR-T.

We now now that the FDA accepted Hemo's response to the clinical hold and Hemo expect to commence trials in the next 2-3 months

We now know who Hemo are partnered with for Clinical Trials - the very fact they announced it today shows the confidence they have in their revised plan

Hemo's improved their cash position - with no dilution to existing shareholders. A great validation of Hemo and their work by their new strategic partner

News to follow..... CBR News must be due soon and we are due an update on CDX.

Interim report will be a pleasant read. (New Investors note - Hemo are pre-revenue so it will be a loss. Eyes will be on the cash position and hopefully we will get more meat on the bone in terms of all product candidates)

Hemo is a pre revenue Biotech - nobody expects them to have banked anything material you wazzock

Hence why Vlad is out on the road today pitching the potential of CBR and the RNS shows the price that others put on CAR-T.

Davie B - well posted. You are correct - the 14p we hit before was when half the shares were issues.

However, from a mCAP perspective it hot c£70m and we are currently below £30m.

AND - so much development has happened since that previous high.

Hemo are on the verge of clinical trials for the first time AND have two other exciting product candidates in the wings.

Our deramper friend trying to suggest the devil is in the detail. Hemo are very risk averse when it comes to updating investors and the city - it does not ramp and will always communicate anything price sensitive. So, if there was any nasties in the small print, I am 100% confident they would have explained in the RNS. The small print will be there to ensure that Hemo commence trials etc, given there are still a few minor admin and testing formalities to complete ahead of trials.

A big welcome to new investors

Well done to those patient long termers. Today is not the end, it is just the beginning. The focus is on CAR-T today - yet Vlad will be pitching the endless potential of CBR later today. Suggests to me that CBR has hit another development milestone that I expect will be RNS'd in the coming days or weeks.

What a cracking start to the week.

An investment at a 240% premium is awesome news and still great value for the investor.

I was hoping for a CBR update today. That is another RNS that will drop anytime.

I'm predicting an autumn/winter really for those smaller companies. They have all endured a lot of pain in the last 3 to 4 years from a valuation perspective - the big reversal is due

Hemo CAR-T has been developed directly with Penn University - a world leading centre for CAR--T.

The CAR-T programme at Penn is led by Dr Carl June.

I think there is a good chance Hemo will raise within 12mths Pumpky - but I don't think there is any chance in 2023 unless something truly exceptional happens to the share price accompanying game changing news.

However, the Hemo board are as keen as LTHers to avoid further dilution to shareholders; therefore they are actively looking at partnership models and other non-dilutive options.

The key for Hemo is how much progress they make with CAR-T and CBR ahead of the next funding event. The more advanced / developed / valuable those candidates are will making funding much easier and more compelling for existing shareholders.

The mCap is so low it makes Hemo very attractive - careful you dont miss the boat when this re-rates. Yes, it's been a frustrating few years from a share price perspective - but the progress and development has been tickety-boo in the background.

People need to decide whether they want to be on the bus or be left standing at the bus stop

Pumpky - It is (and was) very hard to get raise fund for small companies. Are you disputing that?

Go an look at how much FAB had to dilute to raise their cash!

It's a "buyers market" so to speak. Those with capital to invest can be very choosy.

Hemo did very well to raise £4.5m at 2.5p which is well above the 12mth average share price - limiting the dilution for shareholders.

I'm sure you will respond with a sarky comment - or perhaps for once provide a genuine answer. Are you suggesting that rising £4m is easy for small companies?
