The only downside if the £2.4m would be @0.28p per share. (50% dilution vs current SP)

But in fairness to Irdeto - they put the money on the table when the SP was 0.2p

OK - I get and understand that sentiment is good

I also understand that there are lots of silly people who believe the hype on forums and jump in

So maybe sentiment supports some of the +600% rise

But - I'm still waiting for someone to explain how this company will go profitable or how it could justift an mCAp of £100m, let alone the current £160/170m

Even if the price of Bitcoin double - It's not going to make this company hugely profitable

The price predictions include the halving event - so ARB need the price to double just to stand still.

GB = equally, the £2.4m CLNs and share reorganisation does not look too bad??? Its with an existing shareholder that has not sold a bean and is a NED.

I would expect them to use it as an opportunity to increase their holding and up to £2.4m cash for BIDS

The amount that ARB will mine is due to half in a few months time

And ARB is barely profitable today - saddled with £10m interest payments from £70m debt

Yes, miners are benefiting NOW from the higher BTC price - but even at today's levels ARB are barely profitable with the high depreictaion of its technology assets and £10m interest payments to service £70m DEBT

But when the mining opportunity halves in April - unless the price of Bitcoin doubles from today's levels the company will struggle IMO

The SP here is already up 600% in the last 12mth - Bitcoin is up 150%

How much of the 150% increase in Bitcoin price is the halving event already being priced in?

Persaonlly, this is not for me. I simply cant seen the business case here

From what I have read the upcoming 'halving' event for Bitcoin will:

Halve the Bitcoins per block mined (FACT) reducing the amount mined for miners such as ARB

However, it should increase the value of bitcoin

The question is - will the price of Bitcoin double to offset the impact of the 50% reduction in bitcoin mined for same effort

I was a bystander in 2021 when this when from 10p to 240p - this was incredibly frustrating as it was on my watchlist

Less painful was the inevitable return - but did not see it going back to 3p!

What am I missing?

At current Bitcoing prices:

Annual Revenue at £70m

£70m DEBT - Interest payment of c£10 per year

EBITDA Margin (assuming optimistic 20% margin) = £14m - barely covers the Interest pable on debt

Cash £8m (down from £16.6 at the start of the year)

The technology appears to depreciate rapidly - I'd be alittle concerned here that the company will need to raise cash.

Current mCAP is £161m

This is 11x EBITDA

No reason this cannot hit £1 within 2-3 years.

It's a rapidly growing business - with opportunity to maintain level of growth in future years

Seemingly undervalued

Cash generative - able to self fund future growth and refurbs

Growing market and peers performing well

High customer and employee satisfaction

Potential M&A target - tie up with Puttshack would be nice as gr8 opportunity for Puttshack to grow quickly in UK

I think that the leisure sector will boom in the next few years - still a lot of pent up socialising from the horrible lockdown.

Not sure how long you have been investing - its feels like your judgemennt may have been impacted by the long bear run on AIM.

In Bear markets, it is the smaller businesses that suffer most.

Many are optimistic that we have seen trhe worst now and that AIM is entering a new phase - I'm predicting a 40%+ increase in AIM index in 2024

I follow 6 businesses on AIM very closely tha are grossly undervalued - like this one.

This is my favourite though right now, given the timing.

We'll get a trading update in January - which I expect will show phenomenal revenue growth - strong cash generation and an improving handle on costs as they learn more about hteir market.

Anyone buying at 3p was always flirting with danger, Most shares that go up that much have a pull back.

Only very experienced, very well researched should even have contemplated paying 3p so soon after the share had doubled

I have been quoting 70% shares are with IIs and Insiders. I thought it may be higher, but did not want to 'overcall' it.

Howvere, I have found a better source that shows the true extent of Insider and Institutional ownership. It may in part explain why there have been some small sales by IIs - without it, they'd be so little liquidy. ANy prospective buyer, will want to take a position at these prices.
