They are out in force today - there time is running out with an RNS due very soon which should reveal the true picture - which I expect to reveal a number of interested parties in MusicMagpie

The amount of misinformation, spam and FUD these Trolls have produced today is truly phenomenal.

If you are not familiar with these trolls - here is their resume and purpose...

They manipulates the market to cause a drop in asset prices.

They disseminate misinformation in the hopes that investors will believe the false claims and sell their stock before the price drops.

They target low-priced companies that have little to no available information on the market and may have positions in assets whose prices fall.

They may act alone or in groups or they may work on behalf of other individuals.

What they do is illegal and may be subject to fines and prosecution - but notoriously hard to prosecute

Yes, they could achieve margin of close to 100% with the right deal with an MNO.

I would not expect MMaG to incur any material costs on those. They would not need to invoice customer, not need to provide service, not need to distribute SIM (bug if they did it’s the size of a cornflake and would simply be added to the box that the phone goes out in. And what the hell are you on about in terms of buying contract from the carrier.

I'll make my own judgement about their Maths - at worst it is a projection of the MMAG board's view. At best most of it is taken from report and accounts and adopting standard valuation techniques. Oh, and a comparison to its peers.

Messycake - the current model is NOT unprofitable. The company made an £8m profit in 2020 and EBITA was growing.

The profitability in the last 2 years have been impacted by exceptional, macroeconomic factors.

You would have to ask them why they have not done it already. It is not a 'new' business model, a mobile phone or tablet is only useful when it has connectivity. Hence why I think they have an opportunity to sell other people's connectivity solutions at a very high gross margin and low risk.

I'd love to repalce the outgoing NED. It would be a wonderful opportunity to work with the business. Perhaps I will explore it, but not until they conclude the sales process

Like I've said all along, I have no hidden agenda, I say it how i see it unlike you trolls.

If you or anyone else were expecting dividend in a hurry, you were smoking something. IMHO the company will have many good opportunites to further develop it's proposition and profitability before it makes sense to pay a dividend. This will be entirely in th einterste of the shareholders as the capital growth should what they would have received in dividends.

The IPO prospectus clearly stated

The Directors currently propose to re-invest earnings of the Company to finance the development and

expansion of the business and, accordingly, it is not envisaged that the Company will pay any dividends in

the short term.

The Board will, however, consider commencing the payment of dividends as and when the development

In the short term I would be prioritsing commerical deals to cross sell / upsell to my existing customers. MMAG must ship up to 500k refurb devices a year.

I'd be signing an exclusive tariff deal with an MNO as my first prirority - potentially re-open chats with BT in respect of a partnership deal. I'm sure they could negotiate an exclusive SIM Only deal they could jointly brand, They could even provide discounts on refurb devices for those customers signing up to the traiff

This would provide MMAG with a new revenue stream at up to 100% margin. That wiould certainly put a smile on the face of the CFO

I will answer your question though...

I would not even be contemplating a dividend policy if i was CFO or CEO of MMAG.

I think there is far more benefit to shareholders of re-investing future profits. I would be lidentifying ways to improve EBITDA margin, grow share, broaden my revenue base, bigger, better partsherships, consolidate the market. The possibilities are endless

Robswire and his slimy trolling mates are a bunch of bankers - they clearly miscalculated the ability of MMAG to pivot and negotiate challenegs put in front of them - It is what great businesses, run by great teams do. It's easy to see what a great team they are at MusicMagpie - so sad that a few lonely bankers are trying to discredit and kick them when they are down.

I'm more confident that ever in my research and my assessment of their REAL market value.

If I'm / we're wrong perhaps we can have a beer in the Dog and Duck one day and discuss what might have been. But hold that thought, I'm much focussed on a weekend to celebrate in Vegas

Not content trying to discredit the company, the CEO, the market, the liquidity, the FY23 results

Now the TROLLS want to discredit a financial metric used by thousands of companies aall over the UK, all around the world. I have worked in an accounting capacity for over 25 years and I can assure you that I have reported on EBIDA about 10,000 times for every 1 time (if any) i have reported on Net Profit.

I'm sure the next move will be to try and discredit me - I'm the only left i think you TROLLS have not started on yet

The worst is behind MMAG - It has traded successfully through H2 and will deliver £7.5m EBITDA. Within a year or so this company will be 100% focussed on Consumer Tech and it a better place that it has been in the difficult last 2 years

Interest rates have been painful for the company and have constrained some of their growth plans But hats off to the management who have successfully pivoted and found a different way. This is a profitable business who have been 'hurt' by the macro environment - like many others, the Ukraine war and knock on impact to Interest rates was not easy to predict.

But mark my words, this company still boasts an array of Valubale assets that will not go on the cheap IMO. This is a viable business that will flourish in the coming years.

We are plagued with TROLLS with a clear and obvious agenda to suppress the share price - more popping up by the day becasue they miscalculated a number of things AND Robswire is seemingly rather poor at his job

MMAG operate in the UK and the US - with the UK being its dominant market and where the majority of its performance comes from.

It has had to navigate a number of BIG challenges in the last 2 years; (1) It is transforming with focus now heavily on Consumer Tech given the reducing market for recommerce in music + books (2) The 'Cost of Living Crisis' has been a huge challenge for all UK consumer focussed businesses and (3) and finally a lesser short term challenge given the company has a commercial relationsip with Silicon Bank

All three challenges are now mostly behind them - Although I would argue that 'transformation' remains ongoing. The company has faced and overcome some realt threats to the business - and now emerging from the other side.

The company has Net Debt of £13m - yet £10m of this is underpinned by a £4m contractual revenue stream and £6m rental assets due back to the company.

This company is very caapable of growing EBITDA back to £10-£20m. With Revenue in the region of £140m it is well within the management capabilities to convert more of that to profit.

This company was profitable going into the pandemic. Like many companies it has had to endure a difficult couple of years. But it has survived and just delivered some strong numbers.

Its propietry technology platforms, refurbishment and security wipe operation and brand leave it well positioned. It may not be valued at £200m again for a few years, but it won't be sold for less than £50m IMHO

Perhaps Robwire would like to take us through the impact of IFRS15 and IFRS16 which are notorious accounting standards that actually mean businesses focus on EBITDA as a better measure of performance

The current SP is no indicator right now of the true value of MusicMagpie. Any bad news has been over baked in + lots of fabricated news that turned out to be BS has also been baked in. This SP is merely a number that those buying and selling a very small amount of shares can trade at.

Over 70% still held firm in sticky hands, sticky hands that know the more realistic valuation of MusicMagpie. Whilst my holding is not significant in any shape or form, It will also remain out of the hands of those trying to acquire shares on the cheap
