I still think there is more to the Cannacord offloads.

With so few shares in circulation I have this feeling it is an enabler in some way to help things move forward.

20p is about x3 EBITDA

The price will depend very much on what 4 or 5 big shareholders are willing to accept

With just 6% of shares is public circulation PIs are irrelevant here. And also suggests that any time spend on a public forum like this is pretty meaningless.

Only my view, but 50p says if it gets acquired it will be nearer 50p than 20p. 50p may be acceptable to existing holders but also leave plenty of scope for new owners to add value in the coming years.

I'm trying very hard to put aside all the hopes and thoughts that I have from a timing perspetive. i.e trying not to get my hopes up for this week!

I know from experience that trying to predict the timing of news in Biotech is a mugs game and one I will never win.

So let's put the timing to one side and recap the recent updates on Hemo Car-T

1. HEMO-CAR-T Analytical Release Tests Completed

2. IND for HEMO-CAR-T submitted to FDA

3. FDA place CAR-T on clincial hold

4. Hemo receive documentation from FDA full details of the review of HEMO CAR-T - confirming that just a single issue is the reason for the clinical hold (Spontaneous splicing during the manufacturing of Lentivirus)

Note: The lentivus is manufactured by Wuxi in China

5.Hemo receives confirmation from the FDA that the their plan to lift the Clincial Hold is approved by FDA

6a. Hemo announce Prevail InfoWorks, Inc. to act as Contract Research Organization (CRO) for upcoming Phase I clinical study

6b. Hemo announce than Prevail Partners Investment fund make a 1% startegic investment in Hemogenyx at a 240% premium (6p a share)

7a. Hemo announce the successful completion of the re-manufacturing of an improved lentivirus ("LVV") devoid of splice variants.

7b. Hemo accounce that they have agreed with the FDA, that before the resubmission of the IND, they will perform an additional process qualification run of the end-to-end process for the manufacture of HEMO-CAR-T cells using the new Lentivirus

8. The company raise £534k to help it accelerate the completion of work set out in the plan presented and agreed to by the FDA and to re-submit the IND

9. Hemo confirm re-submission of IND to FDA

10. FDA removes the clincial hold on Hemo CAR-T

11a Hemo confirm some sort of strategic funding - either led by Prevail or similar to fund CAR-T clincial trials

11b Prevail Inforworks to commece trials on behalf of Hemo

12. First Patient dosed

Whatever is happening in the background is seemingly gathering pace with the increase in volume and increase size of those trades.

The price at which the trades are going through seemingly do not follow a lot of logic. Price seems to be a little manipulated for the smaller trades that go through from Private Investors

What might happen?

- MBO has been suggested on here?

Some potential disappointing scenarios....

- Could the bank pull funding and increase the pressure on serach of a buyer?

- Maybe no buyer will emrege, and the share price may continue to suffer into FY24

Some more favourable (and IMHO) and likely scenarios

- One of more interested parties have emerged and will make an offer for the whole business (Global payer in recommerce? Consumer Tech Retailer? Online retailer? UK MNO?

- Private Equity interest - may take the company private OR perhaps take a large minority stake to invest funds along side NVM

- WIth the outlook for Interest rates looking more positive - could MusicMagpie agree a better deal with the baks to afford it more freedoms to grow,

Lets hope we find out soon - perhaps before the end of January?

This company is available to buy shares in at an £11m mCAP - I'm not saying its worth £150m - but I'm confident it is worth multiples of the current mCAP.

I have just re-checked and I must 'retract' must statement. I don't believe I have been blocked at all. I misinterreted a sytem message.

However, the rhetoric below still holds. I have had no response from Vlad and verry happy that I haven't :-)

As I have said before, If i was Vlad I'd have moved heaven and earth to ensure IND is submitted before heading to the key JMP conference

Sadly, my communication channel wih Vlad has been severed - I often used LinkedIn to send him interesting articles or to send him messages of support. At no point have I ever abused this channel to get information that is not already in the public domain. However, I jokingly tried to tease him a little his week with the words "We want RNS, say we want RNS" with the very clear and obvious caveat that in was 'tongue in cheek". Sadly though, Vlad chose to block me following that comment. I'm guessing because he cannot be seen to be conversing with a shareholder at a point in time when the company's timing of announcements and release of market sensitive is so critical. Vlad and the team cannot risk all the incredibly hard work and progress they have made - so whilst I'm disappointed I'm very supportive of his action in the circumstances and only increases the trust I have in the company.

It is well documented that their hard media business is in decline and in anycase the ignorant and naive poster does not understand that when , and i quote, they "shop on ebay" or hit the highstreet there is everychance they are buying a CD or DVD from MusicMagpie.

If there are middle managers on £60k by the way, well played MusicMagpie, the going rate in the consumer tech business that I work in is not far off £60k for a grad with 3-4 years experience!

So who am i?

I'm an aging - but young at heart - individual private investor. I've dabbled over 30 years, but only really ramped up as an investor in the last 4-5 years.

I'd like to say that all 2772 of my posts are genuine and honest to the very best of my knowledge. And I don't intend on changing. The more likely scenario is I simple give LSE a wide berth as 90% of what is posted here is BS.

I made a modest amount of money here by shorting between Xmas and New Year. (just a part of a small dabble at shorting)

In order to make money here I conducted as much research as I could and put my own professional accounting skills to work. Just because i no longer held a position did not stop me taking an interest in what I thought this would do next and whether i was right or wrong. Annoyingly I have been spot on - but I've not made a bean sadly

Right now I have no real view on where this goes next tbh - I still belive it is hugely speculative and risky. It is highly leveraged and barely/not profitable now - and no guarantee it will be profitable post the halving event. It's also clear that they are running low on cash and need to address that soon.

But this is crypto and with the potential catalysts around the corner that will make the price of Bitcoin hugely volatile - I would not like to say what happens next

I'm feeling very sorry for myself - I was adamant this company was overvalued but did not have any liquidity to have another go at shorting when the share price was available to sell at 34.5p

Missed out on a very handsome return.

Particularly annoying as I have pretty much called the BTC price spot on for the last week (with some help from other analysis and research). I watched a very knoweldegable chap on YouTube 2 days ago who predicted the move from 45k almost spot on as he believed that BTC was still trading in a channel and was due. He actually is calling a bigger drop to something in the mid thirty 'k' range. Time will tell i guess - all i know is that bTC and this stock are highly volatile and not for the feint hearted

Looking at the last time "dhton" was kind enough to offer his kind words - it was October 2022 when the share price was equally in the doldrums. It's a pity that the big shareholders who have £millions tied up in this awful company did not read his posts. In a quirk of fate the share price increased from 10p to 40p shortly after he last posted on here. For one of the institutions with a 1% holding - let's take Oasis Mgmt for example. They have 1.3m shares ; at the time 'dhton' psoted they were worth c£150k; however, just 90 days later their 1.3m shares were worth c£600k

I will let you all make your own minds up...

Were Oasis lucky to has missed 'dhton' kind advice - they may have felt compelled to sell at 10p when reading his posts

Were Oasis unlucky to have missed his post - because surely they would have dumped their shares when they had doubled the first time at 20p or even more so when they doubled a second time to 40p?

Hppy New Year Everyone - this is my last post for the forseeable future. I have better things to do atht add another post to a forum that is simply riddles with manipulative posts. Mine will simply disappear in the noise.

I would not take too much notice of the posters on here making a big deal about the regular, small disposals from Cannacord. If they really are a genuine offload, it's hardly call for celebration or an example to behold - for everyy 100k shares they have disposed of they are making £18k loss (having purchased at c1.93 per share and now selling at 10-12p a share)

GLA all those holding - I doubt there are many of you as well over 90% shares are still in the hands of about 8-10 major holders that include the founders, private equity and institutions. I'm happy holding onto each and every share I have accumulated as tightly as i can.

If I was Vlad I’d have been ensuring I moved heaven and earth if necessary to ensure IND submitted before heading off to conference.

A modest number of buyers today; in line with expectation, given a good RNS is widely expected to land very soon (days? weeks?)

Yet the SP is seemingyly stubborn and barely moved today. One of more shareholders must not share the same optimism I have given what look like a handful of modest sized sales.

If one of those who sold tday is on this forum - I'd love to know what is motivating them to sell at this stage in Hemo's journey to the clinic. My 'mid case' expectation is that a human patient will be dosed with Hemo Car-t in Q1.

What am i missing? (I'm assuming cash - excpect I am not disregarding it, i just beleive that the next funding event will be much bigger in size and be lead by Prevail)

I fear you are correct. Argo seems to be a favourite out there - it performed better than other miners most of last week
