I'm 99% sure that, given all the RNS to date, that the clincial hold will be removed, effectively making Hemo clincial

I have no idea how traders, investors will react to this RNS - but I know what it means to me

Short trem SP movements are impossible to predict 0 but I expect this to be higher before the next RNS lands

Don't forget - we are due a CBR update soon too and I beleive Vlad was very busy at the JPM confierence

I think one of the 3% shorters has revealed themsleves - LOL

Pity they did not research Hemo properly - the price stimulus for Biotech will come many years before any potential approval to commercialise.

And for clarity, Hemo Car-T is a therapy - not a drug

2,5p is no target for Hemo - as a bare minimum we should be looking to get to 4p and then never go beloew 3 again.

I cant say when that happens - but we should see a positive move ahaed of the next RNS

I've tried to research what the 'actual' average time for FDA to respond - very little out there as most if the bigger Bios and Pharmas do not announce the day when they submit the complete response. They tend to advise that they expect a clincial hold to be lifted in Q1 for example.

It looks like FDA commit to "agreeing the date" up the meeiting with Hemo within 14 days and that said meeting is within 30 days.

I can't add anymore to timeline - I would not bet against any day between day 10 and day 30. Less than 10 days feels like wishful thinking - but happy to be surprised.

We don't actually know when IND was submitted? Was it yesterday - was it last week?

Just when i admitted defeat in terms of predicting timelines - I got it right - PMSL

I think I may have suggested it before - perhaps we go clinical on Valentines day :-)

Its a maximum of 29 days now (as IND almost certainly submitted yesterday)

I expect a response sooner than 29 days - given its a complete response to a single issue

I've read virtually nothing useful or value adding on this forum for weeks.

Whilst 95% of the forum understand how close Hemogenyx are to going clincial - the timelines have been impossible to predict. It's only an opinion (an in the context of the previous sentence) but I believe the IND will be ready to submit this week - if it is not already ready. That will start the maxium of a 30 day countdown to the FDA response - which based on 5-6 of Hemo's most recent RNS** must almost certainly be, Clinical Hold lifted :-)

** (1) Only one single issue to solve (2) FDA approve Hemo plan to address single issue (3) Lentivius successfully re-manufactured, recieved by Hemo and confirmation of not splicing issues (4) End to End Manufacturing (i.e. including all tests) completed by Hemogenyx successfully and confirmed as final step before submitting IND to FDA as a "COMPLETE RESPONSE"

Josey - It is just an investment right now

All we know right now is the significance of it is unknown

It hugely encouraging - but seemingly the significance is going under the radar right now

At worst he is happy to invest £100k at 11p

I agree - but putting the SP and the market cap to one side

Damian looks like a highly reputable and talented Entrprenuer who will know this business well - he's connected to Steve Oliver and I imagine they have known each other for years as 2 of the North West's most successful businessmen

I really hope that Damian's position - 1% taken in 1 lump at 11p on Friday is a signal that he is planning to play a role in the new ownerhsip structure. He strikes me aas someon who could come in and build on the strong foundations but bring his own ideas and trusted lieutenants to really push on.

It was also notable to see that Cannacord did not release a form 8.3 yesterday - perhaps i was right to think they may hold on to 5m. If that is the case, if we see buying to the levels of Monday, this could move very quickly. With so many shares changing hands on Monday it would not surprise me if Damian has already added so will keep an eye out for an RNS today - or perhaps there are others looking to take a stake?

I doubt that any prosepctive acquirer will not want to see the SP spike to much - so perhaps we are close to an announcement.

Time will tell...

Josey - you may be right on Cannacord

However, with Deloitte involved and helping co-ordinate the strategic review / search for buyers there may be some agreements to help facilitate

Before the Cannacord offload - with less than 6m shares in public circulation how would a prosepctive buyer accumulate?

Even if they tried to hoover up the 5-6m in public hands this would create a huge amount of pressure on the share price and push it much higher

Hence why I think the staged daily sales are part of a liquidity agreement or similar - if such things exist
