A decent start to the day with quite aggressive buying, news imminent one wonders ?

RRR usually update during market hours as opposed to 7am.

I remain in no doubt the bashers that have been operating across all ODX bulletin boards are working for entities associated with a certain online blog known for shorting stocks, this blog has a following of some of the most heavyweight short sellers in the UK market.

It is up to ODX management to fry the short positions with upbeat news, the aim of the trolls is to stifle serious debate on the company, to destroy any positive sentiment at all costs, the last broker coverage offered a target price north of 10p a share for example.

The low market value and strong cash position leaves the company wide open to a opportunistic bid from a competitor which may occur way below real true value.

The results are imminent so we will soon know about operational performance, for the bulls one hopes the turnaround story is clear cut and the stock will re-rate.

As I have suggested before, everything Bell says is surrounded by fog and intrigue, the latest example being the 'presentation' which he proudly suggested would show the market the prospective revenue stream coming from the Tin Hill lithium project, if the timeline suggested by Bell (on a media interview) was honoured that presentation would be imminent, at the latest end of this week.

Helpful suggests he is not in 'cahoots' with Bell, well I am sorry I totally disagree, Bell did not offer me or any other Red Rock shareholder a piece of the Lithium project like he did with Helpful and Co, further evidence they are being rewarded for their voting power IMO.

As I posted a few days ago Helpful is now suggesting that 'presentation' would now be out of date, this implies it is not coming, Bell has not said this but because of the closeness of Helpful and Co to Bell plus the fact Bell has form in non delivery / moving goal posts suggests to me there will be no 'presentation' this week or even near term, who knows.

Bell posts under Auntie Ettie on the other site, on 15th June Bell (under Auntie Ettie) he posted this

'All this is to say that talk of a cash call is contrary to what the company has communicated, and as such can be disregarded as bad market commentary'

To most onlookers this would suggest no placing was expected near term but on 22nd June Bell raised £300k via a placing, Bell then said the wording was careful and it did not mean a placing would not be carried out, this is an example of how the man thinks and more importantly operates.

Bell needs to update the market regarding the presentation and the situation regarding the Lithium project(s) ASAP.

Suggestions the company has stopped buying back it's shares on a permanent basis are totally wide of the mark.

SLP often has breaks in the buyback programme, in June, for example, they stopped buying on May 14th but started buying again on June 13th.

I suggested the RSI had not been as low since 2016, it was obvious a material bounce was coming, I re-iterate the short term chart target price is 81p.

Certain entities who have sold can either buy back in now or wait until it is far higher, the bottom has gone IMO.

Helpful I noticed you suggested that the Lithium presentation that Bell suggested would be available within 2 weeks (meaning next week) has now become out of date because RRR has received new licences and it might be delayed. One appreciates this is your wording and not Bell's but as you are in cahoots with Bell then one has to take your comment as a possibility.

If the presentation does not come for whatever reason then the market will be disappointed at the very least, there will be more negativity as the bears will labour on the fact that, one again, Bell fails to deliver his promises.

If this presentation has been aborted, albeit temporarily, then Bell needs to get out there and explain why in clear terms, the reasons might be deemed positive if clarity is offered up.

In my view I can see no reason why RRR cannot produce a presentation just for Tin Hill, Bell has indirectly stated that he expected Red Rock to receive annual free cash from Tin Hill IRO £3.75m backing up the numbers made by the geologist in December where he suggested RRR would receive $600,00 a month.

I notice that you have not refuted the offered up numbers from Tin Hill so I feel they must be fairly accurate as they come from Bell, the Geologist and you have not interjected.

To conclude Bell has not said the presentation has been delayed, if it has he needs to explain why either via a podcast or a general market project update via RNS, do not leave investors guessing.

Helpful, once again you suggest that RRR's former JV partner has to sign, the question is what was the point of a arbitration ruling if one party knows if they do not like the decision they can simply, in effect, ignore it by not signing a document, this makes no sense.

Normally a arbitration ruling is binding, end of.

Also, the former JV partner has ignored a court ruling against them in favour of RRR in a judgement made nearly 18 months ago over the initial $2.5m, again how can this party get way with that, are they mafia, are they criminals, it seems they can do as they wish with no consequences.

Bell has never ever explained these processes, discussed the former JV partners behaviour, are they legitimate, did these events ever occur, where is the online proof, surely there must be some online references to all these proceedings.

To me is is foggy as heck, Bell of course will continue to waffle about the potential of receiving $7.5m but in reality is there ever any hope of it happening.

I agree that if the former partner does not sign they will not receive their $5m so what is their problem, is it likely they are in bed with someone from Gecamine (who hold the cash) hoping they will get the full $12.5m perhaps? (RRR's $7.5m and their $5m)

Have added again this morning, with a bulletin board full of bashers what's not to like - as I say the RSI at its lowest since 2016, from experience when a stock like this reverses the downtrend it will be fast, in my view it is pretty close to that right now.

I have taken some this afternoon based on the fact the stock looks materially oversold, to put things into perspective from a technical level, the RSI has not been this low since 2016, that shows how oversold the stock is currently.

As for the share price, it has not been at this level since November 2020, it looks to me that a bounce is well overdue, talk about a dividend cut and the share buyback being aborted is pure speculation at this time, no doubt there are shorts in play which will have to close out.

Is buying now right or wrong, who knows, however IMO the downside is limited, the fall from £1.12p in February surely factors in a great deal.

According to Bell if VUP want their outstanding $5m they have to sign, my bet is VUP thought RRR would give up so they could grab RRR's share as well, meaning they could walk away with the full $20m.

One thing I cannot get my head around, this has never ever been explained, is why it is necessary for both parties to sign an arbitration award, surely the arbitration court decision should be final and binding. Problem with Bell is you never get a concise explanation over anything as he waffles on about everything except what really matters. Every interview he conducts is full of thick fog.

As far as I can recall Helpful has never explained this aspect either.

The above said it is getting into Litmus test time across a suite of news, remember Bell said there would be some presentation document outlining expected revenues from Lithium sales, his timeframe was 2 weeks, the clock is ticking down on that as well.

Volumes are still decent meaning RRR remains on the radar screen.

Looks like something is about to happen concerning New Ballarat Gold, interview released a few hours ago from Stockbox, they interviewed POW's new CEO, when discussing their IPO suite he skipped over New Ballarat and then used the words 'outright sale' or 'vending into a shell' towards the end.

'We have talked about (meaning internally) the possibility to do something with New Ballarat as well, so there's balance sheet crystallisation events'

It is also worth noting that ECR have sold a nearby licence close to NB, it would make perfect sense for RRR to divest some of these projects (for cash or receipt of shares) given the speed of movement in Zimbabwe. RRR own just over 50% of NB.

The bashers came out in force on A@VFN soon after the RNS today, almost certainly entities wishing the SP lower for a new entry trade, towards the close there was a number of chunky buys.

Nothing has changed since Fridays positivity, in fact new Lithium licences have been granted which is a added bonus, the next Lithium update should be revenue forecasts, Bell was suggesting a presentation document would be available within 2 weeks that timescale expires this week, may extend into next week but I would be surprised if so.

Bell needs to keep feeding the market with news, why not more Twitter images, volumes remain strong and interest in the company is the best for many years - if all goes to plan a long awaited re-rate will happen soon enough.

Can see the share price recovering back to the mid 30p's after that presentation, buyers came in late afternoon, some pretty decent sized trades as well.

Current market value is a modest £8m plus a low share count (circa 470m) cash is stated at £1.8m.

Looks cheap.

Bell has suggested that William Blacks shares are being traded by First Equity on a discretionary basis, this means they can buy as well as sell depending on events. It cannot be assumed therefore that they will sell his entire stake.

In respect of company Tweets, the last one from RRR was after market close, it basically suggested now the death spiral lenders have been removed the share price is recovering, also suggesting that it had still not reached levels attained earlier in the year (.40p) imply IMO it should do.

Should be a interesting week ahead for RRR investors.

One thing that comes to mind with PANR is that the stock has historically reversed hard from oversold levels, the RSI is currently at a 2 year low meaning the shares are heavily oversold from a technical perspective, I would expect to see a decent bounce from current levels therefore.

Have taken some around the 10p mark as a result.

It does look likely that PREM will be suspended on Monday, I cannot see the accounts being released by tomorrow given recent events.

If PREM gets suspended I suspect the attention will move to Red Rock - that may be significant given a boost in liquidity will move the share price disproportionally.

PREM have 23b shares in issue compared to RRR 2.5b , if a fraction of PREM's daily volume moves here the shares will be exceptionally hard to acquire.

I believe news is not far off on the Lithium project, remember free cash to RRR was suggested to be $600k a month by the local geologist, in a interview Andrew Bell suggested that annual free cash to RRR from Lithium production could equal the then current market cap of £3.75m, so the geologist was not far out was he !

Remember the above numbers are from Tin Hill alone RRR has 3 other licences pending, if they are attained it would, at least, 3 bag the current share price.
