I have checked the authenticity of the photos posted by Red Rock on Twitter and they are genuine, they are not copies from other projects so that is reassuring.

There has been some strong commentary about Lithium projects in Zimbabwe, Jason Brewer is posting daily from a site which I believe is close to Red Rock, nearby grades have been as high as 4.5% (anything over 3% can be exported for circa $1500 per tonne) so it does look promising for Red Rock.

I keep thinking why would William Black buy £150k of shares in RRR at this time, maybe the above is the reason, due to AB Red Rock is hardly discussed or followed by the retail investor, for example had POW (or another 'popular' junior miner/explorer) been involved in such a project and posted photos on Twitter showing Lithium stockpiles the shares would be attracting large volume and price upside.

I have also noticed the amount of bashing on this board has increased significantly, the aim being to drop the SP, now I wonder why, maybe to allow certain individuals to gather large lines of stock in the background - I would not be surprised to see WB increase his stake further.

We need some form of update to calm nerves and the market, maybe another informal chat is required from AB, better still a formal RNS or general update.

Whilst I am far from happy about the performance of Bell and complete lack of progress this year to date I find the de-ramping from certain outlets here totally farcical, yes Bell is awful however the share price performance of Red Rock is sector related, even former glory stocks like GGP, EUA have fallen by similar percentages others have fared worse.

On AIM anything is possible, look at recent events at PREM and VAST, were trading around RRR's current price and both moved beyond 1p in short time quite recently.

IF Bell delivers decent Lithium revenues in Zimbabwe then the share price will recover strongly, the claim in the December interview (from the onsite manager) was they could process around 200 tonnes of ore a day, if so it would bring in $500k a month to Red Rock.

Having listened to the interview posted on Vox Bell said he had been very cautious about releasing too much information on the Lithium project because it is sensitive, they were securing new licences and did not want to announce grades for fear of others muscling in before the licences were confirmed in writing etc.

Let us see what news is forthcoming, could Bell finally pull a rabbit out of the hat which will swiftly reverse the share price slump.

Some positivity creeping back both here and the other site I notice, at current levels there is some reason to consider buying in or adding.

You get the feeling something is going on in the background, with the share price near all time lows and Bell failing to deliver anything this year to date, maybe patience of the larger holders has evaporated.

Remember the larger shareholders have supported RRR via loans and convertible notes over the last 2 years on the basis that value would be created via various means, it has not happened, the largest shareholder is down over £1m on his investment, at the same time his position is being diluted at will by Bell - how would you feel if you had lost £1m with no obvious chance of recovery under the current regime.

With William Black building a position and one or two others buying decent stakes plus the major shareholders potentially disgruntled who knows what might happen here.

The last two weeks it has been eerily quiet, nothing from Bell, Helpful going silent + rumours elsewhere something is going on, it makes you wonder.

Time will tell, given the projects/investments and potential production capabilities at Red Rock a new regime may see significant value - one thing is clear, Bell will never ever deliver a bean of value for the shareholders, he needs to go.

There cannot be any negative issues at Red Rock simply because the major shareholders support everything Andrew Bell is doing, either that or the love losing very significant sums of money daily.

Nearly half way through the year and not one decent piece of news or project added value, one really hopes work is going on in the background to restore value - that has to be without the dreaded Bell/Kaintz partnership in place.

Unfortunately the quality of AIM CEO's over recent years has significantly deteriorated, in fact some of the better ones are former private investors , ever growing activist shareholders are removing some of them, hopefully something is afoot here.

As it stands, just like I suggested back in November....

No Congo cash

No IPO of New Ballarat

No IPO of Elephant Oil

No Lithium production or licences (remember the December interview implying it would start in Q1)

No JV or corporate activity in Kenya

Only RNS's are share issue upon share issue

Bell will milk every penny out of his company, I say his company because Red Rock is exactly that, he is answerable to no-one, he has no qualms in diluting every shareholder to death to keep his personal gravy train running, for goodness stake he is so poor he cannot even produce a audible media interview, just utter waffle.

For goodness sake major shareholders call a requisition and get the fellow out.

Goes through 5%, now holds 100m shares and is probably still adding.

Hazlewood has just said on Doc Holidays live podcast that £3m non dilutive funding is coming - not sure that he is allowed to say that but he did - he was in Canada recently and said we are all about making investors money.

If anyone else was listening in maybe they can confirm.

Certain entities are very desperate for persons to sell all of a sudden, if one checks the posting records of the two entries behind this one you will see they are 'experts' in 10+ stocks over the last 30 days, remember it is a well known fact that market makers/brokers/city pro's post on bulletin boards - remember that !

I have remained bullish on the outcome for WBI since 'that' RNS, what the bashers fail to mention is the fact that the company has material assets and ability to raise capital against those assets - the bashers suggest the bank will take the assets of WBI, farcical to say the least, what would a bank do with them for example.

To add weight to a possible positive outcome is the WBI Twitter feed, it remains business focused, not like a company who are in serious difficulty is it.

This BOD are very well connected, in fact the CEO met the King at Buckingham Palace earlier this year, I have met Dolan and Miles Pelham at the UK Investor Show historically, they are serious businessmen - Pelham still has an interest here (he is worth $100m+) If anyone thinks this business is going to the wall for a short term debt of $2.9m they are deluded - that is what the bashers are telling you.

No, the bashers are here for a reason, an economic one, seen it all before, one thing for certain if this doubles or trebles on news they will not apologise !

Bashers appearing on the bulletin board at this time in proceedings suggests to me the news will be good, basically they want your shares, as many as possible thank you - when the stock was rising it was noticeable how hard it was to buy in any real size, therefore the larger players were unable to continue to build a position of scale.

I have checked around the usual places and there is still no talk of a placing coming at all, by now if WBI was unable to find alternative finance a placing would have been concluding and you can bet your last $ it would leak. Not so.

So let's look at this again, it is entirely possible they are concluding a sale and leaseback of their Gabon property, suggested at $15m - now if that happened it would be very happy days for equity holders - that is more than the current market cap !

The other option is to secure alternative banking facilities with an outfit more aligned to the business in question, the BOD are very well connected.

So I see no reason to listen to the siren voices that have recently appeared, in fact IMO the drop is a good buying opportunity for the risk adverse.

Not a situation for widows or orphans but a potential multi bag opportunity, rare indeed in these wretched markets.

The question remains as to why the major shareholders continually support Bell whilst their personal wealth is being destroyed through a falling share price and continued severe dilution.

As I have posted before the largest shareholder who once held 17% has to be down £1m+ on his stake, even if these shareholders are receiving sweeteners for their support, as some suggest, they would never ever cover such a loss.

Helpful seem to be their 'spokesman' he has argued that removing Bell would mean there would be little chance of receiving any compensation from the Congo, makes some sense but Bell has a long history of failure and this record is well known by all, including those in the Congo.

I posted last November that the EO float would not happen, the Congo cash would not happen, the New Ballarat float would not happen, no sale or JV on the Kenyan licences would occur - none of these would happen in 2023 I suggested, well we are approaching mid year and none have happened.

I sincerely hope the stake-building by William Black is for a purpose, he is not the kind of investor who would succumb to Bell's 'charms' nor is the former TR1 holder who has been buying decent chunks of stock this year (posts here as Longterm) Maybe they have a plan, working with others to bring change, never a better time with the SP so depressed, it would take very little cash to absorb Bell's retaliation selling of stock.

Everywhere you look it seems all want Bell gone except the major shareholder group who keep him in place.

If a new team were parachuted in here or the Co acquired by a progressive outfit value could be quickly restored - the 'Bell discount' on this stock must surely be approaching 70%+.

Let's see what the future brings, one thing for absolute certain criticism is like water off a ducks back to Bell, actually one wonders if he enjoys the ridicule.

This is the 1st holdings statement for circa 2 years, William Black has various offshore vehicles and has significant financial clout.

One wonders what has attracted him to Red Rock, let's face it the fact Bell has performed so woefully gives opportunity to others who see value here, the company is currently valued just under £3m, it only takes one piece of material news for the share price to escalate upwards.

All the shareholders that visited the site at Anglesey have today been truly shafted by the fellow they had trust in, talk about being stabbed in the back, when JB was appointed, under the old brigade, the share price was circa 4.5p, equity dilution was non existent - ever since the company has become dilution central.

Expecting another strong week ahead here - the price action suggests finance has been secured, remember this company is leaky, no mention of a placing being planned anywhere - one also suspects the volume increase is partially due to shorts being closed.

The Gabon property sale and leaseback for the suggested $15m is worth the current market value alone - no wonder the share price is rising.

I have been bullish in the face of the bashing trolls (shorts) and remain so - I am expecting the share price to recover through 1p short term therefore possibly higher dependent on exact news-flow.

Cannot rule out a takeover offer either, from £100m m/cap last year to £13m now - must be interested parties.

Late RNS from RRR - a new TR1 holder of some consequence - took 62m shares in the placing

William Black a client of First Equity of some standing and substance, hiding behind various nominees listed in the RNS below, they declared in November a near 15% stake in LMS Capital worth approx £2.7m.

I view this as both positive and interesting, clearly he sees value here - putting in around £100k.

Is Bell finally about to deliver something?

Nothing available online at offer price, a premium (.47p) being asked for small sizes.

News must be due, could be today or Monday, I expect to see non dilutive funding secured or the $15m sale and leaseback of the Congo property.

On paper the largest shareholder is down circa £1m, yet he still supports Bell based on AGM voting, the fellow remains silent and seemingly unconcerned, the question is why.

As the largest shareholder is silent refer back to Helpful, another who supports Bell, a former TR1 holder, again the question is why the support.

Readers must be ultra curious why these individuals, who in effect control the company, seem totally satisfied in having their wealth destroyed, for the time being at least.

Now the above said, some food for thought, exactly the same could be said about PREM or VAST but both of these stocks eventually made their largest holders a shed load of money by rising 10 fold from the levels RRR is currently priced at.

The other aspect, a fact, that both the respective CEO's in PREM and VAST were actually more despised than Bell is currently.

AIM is a fickle place, anything can happen, that is worth remembering.

What is an suitable market response when raising a solid amount? I would say 'stolid' whereas if a tiny amount is raised some would be whiny. That is to say some investors complain that numerous small placings prevent a sustained rise. Here, like the doctor pricking with a needle, it's over and done without too much trouble. There that didn’t hurt did it? Have a lolly. In all seriousness, half a million in sterling adds fuel to the fire, impetus to the thrust, and one hopes this will be echoed in the share price before long. With active operations in a trinity of countries, treading water is not an option. Best adopt a neutral tone without criticism or celebration and watch where this takes us over the coming period. 2020 saw a big move north from this very spot.
