The major shareholder list was updated Friday, the CEO holds 74m shares, around 20% of the equity is held by just 4 entities.

I think the SP is significantly oversold, not helped by Pelham and Lombard dumping nearly 30% of the issued capital, followed by the placing which was clearly heavily forward sold, in fact I suspect it was entirely forward sold.

One suspects this SP weakness will be relatively short lived, market conditions have been woeful recently, worth noting that shipping costs (one of WBI's largest costs) have continued to fall.

I would suggest everyone has a look at the Tembo/Barrack deal, in particular the exploration payment upside to a total of $45m, the Tembo licences were very early stage, just like ORR's Cameroon central licence package, the payments were priced like this ....

$20 per oz for the 1st one million ounces of gold
$10 per oz for 2nd million ounces
$5 per oz for the next 3m ounces.

There was a $6m up front cash payment to Tembo with Barrack to spend $9m on exploration

In effect Tembo sold to Barrack virgin licences for a potential sum of $50m and retained one themselves - not bad for a company that was valued at $3m prior.

This is the kind of deal ORR should be looking at, hopefully it will come, it proves that deals are out there (Tembos was in 2021) Management need to deliver !

The litmus test is approaching rapidly, they have stated they are looking for a JV partner for Cameroon, they have also stated they are exploring the avenues for project financing, whilst they have not said 100% they will not place stock they will look very foolish indeed if they do, the comments in the AR by Eileen Carr admitting the market is destroying value because it is pricing in placings is a clear signal they will do all they can not to raise cash via equity at current levels.

I have been buying around current levels, I see this as a great opportunity, the last placing was heavily pumped and the shares ran up 35% ahead of it, that is worth considering, it could happen again. If a JV or some other corporate activity is announced the share price will potentially multi-bag.

Whilst nothing on AIM is a no brainer I see the current share price as rock bottom, for the above reasons. The clock is ticking, they have to announce something shortly. My bet is a JV partner, only time will tell.

Bell really does need to get his sound sorted out, recent interviews have been barely audible, the Stockbox one was a total waste. Helpful you need to get this across to Bell, the likes of Proactive and Stockbox have no concerns as they are being paid for the output, he needs to soundcheck his apparatus before proceeding with the interview, he probably needs a new microphone.

I do not recall I word used by myself to ridicule your group, however I have been constantly critical of the assumption individuals have on how you expect every man and his dog to work his way around one of the most complicated platforms I have ever seen.

For example when one clicks the links provided you are led to a page which resembles comic book with bomb flashes and 'WikiUKstockbot' saying 'welcome to Wikipenny' there is no mention of Rambler, no links to Rambler, when you type in the search box #RMM - nothing comes up.

Maybe you should provide clear steps on how to navigate this site to gain entry to this Secret Squirrel group, maybe it would be easier to post on the A@VFN RMM bulletin board a process to follow.

In the meantime I will be very curious to know how circa 10% of the equity this group holds can have any bearing on the now well established Court process, it looks an open and shut situation IMO.

For info the last two action groups I was involved in had 25%-30% of the issued equity.

I have not posted for a while, reading the Annual Report I feel there has finally been a recognition from the company that the market is pricing in placings and this is destroying the value that they have created both in Senegal and Cameroon.

I think the above is a major see change from the, dare I say, arrogance of previous interviews where it was suggested they know best and dilution was not an issue.

Another aspect is, finally, they have openly stated they are seeking a JV partner for Cameroon, that funding at project level is now the preferred option as opposed to equity dilution. I think this a material change of policy, much needed, the market, so far, has not latched on.

It has been a month since they stated they had discussions with 10+ major mining groups about Cameroon, recent vibes from Eileen Carr imply they are working on corporate activity which could mean a JV.

Any JV deal would usually come with cash up front, often covers historic spend, in ORR's case around £4m for Cameroon, the JV partner would then pay for exploration spend for a stake percentage.

I still maintain that a JV announcement must be reasonably imminent, why you may ask, simply because as drilling season approaches ORR needs money and they have more or less implied it will not come via equity.

I have been buying ORR at current levels whilst it is quiet, a good example of what might come is the deal Tembo Gold progressed with African Barrack, at the time Tembo was valued at only $3m the deal propelled the market cap 10 fold, Tembo had links to Stratex directors, they probably are still in contact with ORR - I suspect AB are favourites as ORR JV partners therefore.

At some point ORR will deliver significant upside, this time around they have to deliver a JV deal as they have no real alternative, as I say a see change in policy, much welcomed.

If this RIG group was serious they would be reaching out for more shareholders, I posted 2 weeks ago about how hard it was to use Discord, apparently a platform used by gamers and teenagers.

I have been a member of two shareholder action groups and the principle activity was to secure new shareholders and keep everyone informed with regular news updates, these updates were sent via email or posted on the web, the leader of the group would also be open to personal email contact.

I do wonder about the authenticity of this group and it's real purpose, there has been very little from them apart from links to Discord.

It looks to me like the group has lost it's battle, the outcome here is now going through a legal/court process, the aim being to secure as much as possible for the asset from an exceptionally weak position.

The BOD have very carefully washed their hands of this disastrous mess, the CEO (Bradbury) was enticing every man and his dog to buy the shares back in June 2021 only for the stock to be suspended pending clarification of the financial position a few months later.

I only have a small position here, even so, I feel betrayed by those promote media interviews that Bradbury was part of, one would have expected more from a supposed 'consummate professional'

I fear there will be nothing left for shareholders, this mine is probably worth $100m+ but I suspect the administrator of the process will only be concerned about getting money for the secured creditors and local businesses.

Worth noting the shares were trading at 57p at the start of 2021 with many believing £1 a share was a realistic target, at the time there were 120m shares in issue.

Not much stock around this morning, market makers trying to quell demand, a number of online brokers are 'at best' only.

I think it is fair to say that sentiment has turned the corner, a large Chinese group on-site for 8 days and meeting the Government is very very positive - the poster book5 suggested all along the project would be sold to the Chinese.

One thing I noticed from the interview was Childs demeanor being so much more upbeat and positive than his last interview at the time of the sale announcement back in November.

It seems to me that he is very confident, clearly he will personally benefit financially from a good sale price because of his personal shareholding in Condor. My bet is on a sale to the Chinese, it also looks very likely that the $100m to $200m range Child talked about historically could also be attained.

One wonders why the share price remains so low therefore, my bet is the market will start to close the gap and rerate the stock, sentiment has changed and that is key.

I have been adding here, I see this as one of the most undervalued gold producing plays on the London market currently, progress has been outstanding, the company is below radar and the shares quite illiquid, when it moves it usually moves quickly.

I expect Q1 results will be excellent showing a further and significant debt reduction.

I am surprised there has not been more buying actually given golds recent strength.

Hard to believe this was trading at 37p last May and 53p in May 2021, it now lingers around 17p, quite incredible, todays news has to be welcome, so will the price start to recover, there are more interested parties than I thought there might be.

I cannot see them selling this under $100m at that level it would equate to 44p a share at current FX rates.

If you care to research the company you will establish that business is very strong, revenue was up 32%, gross profit up 69% and margins up 25%, these numbers were attained when shipping costs were through the roof, they have now dropped 80%.

The share price is where it is due to major TR1 selling (Pelham and Lombard) I have no idea what Pelham's game is, obviously he was aware dumping his 20% would trash the SP, he had circa 420m shares in September, he recently declared he was out.

If it is Pelham who wants to provide WBI with £3m he has, in effect, short sold, bagging circa £9m from his share sales, is he trying to buy a vast position back for only £3m? Speculation is all we can work on currently.

I would be amazed if the BOD accept this offer of funding unless is at a decent premium to the current market price, it is very hard to call BUT the BOD have to consider the share price was trading between 4p and 7p for TWO YEARS prior to Pelhams selling in September 2022.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out, worth noting that the BOD are very well connected, I would imagine if they need cash they probably have many other options available, the cash position in December was $2.3m.

MCM Investment Partners who have just announced they hold 6% of WBI are the same entity that closed the Diginex IPO - Diginex founder and Chairman is Miles Pelham.

It's all cloak and dagger stuff, are these the entity who are offering the £3m to WBI via equity, the question is will the BOD of WBI accept - at current levels I think not.

I personally cannot see the BOD placing £3m of stock at current levels, more-so as it appears to have leaked some days ahead.

There are some grounds, given the circumstances, (Pelham & Lombard dumping) for a premium price being offered, even if it comes around 2p the placing parties are getting a 50% discount on the pre dumping average WBI share price over the last 18 months.

Anyone thinking of shorting this from here may get seriously burnt.

There was clearly a co-ordinated pump and subsequent dump in the stock by certain Twitter 'names' who have a large following, they bought in around the 1.4p region and were dumping around 1.6p/1.7p.

If you follow some of them they then moved onto TYM and are now active in that stock.

The market makers have taken defensive action accordingly, I personally believe this is a very good entry point as it is likely Lombard will shortly announce the are out, one suspects this will, once again, drive volume and the share price will recover, possibly strongly.

Remember before Miles Pelham and Lombard started dumping their combined near 30% stake the share price was trading around 4p for the best part of 18 months prior.

I suspect we will shortly see the shares trading above 1.5p again, the RSI is in oversold territory also, the floor looks in.
