Havegun i was just highlighting its rather ironic of calamari to say you spend so much time posting on syme when he has literally posted 10X more than you in the last 30 days. Also calamri the one TG group i am in (the only open one) there has not been many posts on there for a while, and if when there is its usually those voicing their dissatisfaction of the SP. Hardly the ramping/echo chambers you and your ilk trying to make out as.
Lawson. Those posts were by AZ. I contacted him via LinkedIn and asked him directly and he confirmed it was him. I would have expected anyone else who also had reservations about the author of those posts to have also done the same thing if they actually cared.
Partial mobilization being reported.
Richred you are correct that the client company is under no obligation to purchase the stock back. I can't remember where I read this without digging through the reports but I do know this is the case.
John there have been plenty of pictures, reports and videos of large amounts of russian order in good working condition and stockpiles of ammo which supports the view was infact anything other than an orderly retreat. Also your reference to "due to Zelensky fkup, the negotiated settlement will be on Russian terms." Any peace agreement was ALWAYS going to be on Russia's terms, just what those terms depends on the state of the battlefield at that time and what both sides are willing to accept. Even had those initial peace talks progressed to a peace deal, it would have been under Russia's terms. All zelenksy has done is alter what those terms might look like now, whether they are better or worse than what was originally discussed will down to historians to debate.
Andre i get people not trusting the bbc and in fact i am rather sympathetic to Palestinians from my studying the issue back at school. However my point was a simple question was asked and was answered by a senior russian official. You can't spin that and if there was any truth it would have helped the seperatists and by extension russias cause if they had been allowed in. To deny journalists can only mean these seperatists were hiding something and all was not what they claimed.
Andre - the Russian foreign secretary did an interview with the Russia BBC no more than a month or 2 ago in which the interviewer pointed out that the BBC at repeatedly asked the separatist leaders over the years access to the Donbas to investigate their claims that Ukraine was committing these crimes against them and yet they had always been denied. The interview then asked the Russian Foreign Secretary why would they deny them as it would surely have helped substantiate their claim and been in their interest to allow them in surely? The foreign secretary's response "I don't know"....... that answer spoke volumes.
John that is incorrect. Russia didn't just demand they didn't join nato, they also demanded they gave up the Donbas and other contested region so its no surprise zelensky didnt agree. Wether that was right or wrong decision will be decided in the future.
Castle - "I note peaky is talking about alcohol this morning. Not surprised!"
Peak - "I don’t drink :) I had a couple of soft drinks bought for me after the AGM by a couple of fellow investors"
So you either didn't read Peak's post correctly or you are deliberately trying to mislead people. Wouldn't be the first time you have been caught lying now would it...
