Part of the problem that a single funder came in really late and wanted to take the first £300 million tranche on their own so AZ had to choose wether to stick with the other group of funders, or go with the single funder and try and risk not alienating the other funders. If I recall he chose to go with the single funder so a lot of re-work had to be done.

Your also assuming that Malvern submitted the accounts the same day as the RNS when the accounts could have been submitted previously but they decided to not release an RNS until the day trading re-commenced.

If the FCA are investigating SYME then A) should not have told TW and B) TW certainly shouldnt be advertising it (if it were true)

But notice how the email doesnt specifically mention SYME, "certain matters in relation to this company". Without seeing the initial email this could be about any company and i bet TW is emailing the FCA about a number of companies.

My guess is that the accounts date was changed to September to effectively close off the Build Phase and the new accounting period to show the growth and income. When that didn't happen it was changed to December.

Im with you colin and wolf. If this were to spike high off the back of no RNS id sell and wait for the inevitable crash. We dont want this to be a pump and dump.

This wont react like GME did. It was the most shorted stock with over 120% short positions. It was always going to sky rocket when they closed. We are in a complete different situation to GME and eont react in the same way.

I may be wrong on the speeding tickets but i bet TW is already typing another email to the FCA off the back of this reddit post after its being shared by numerous people over twiiter. GME is already gathering s lot of attention by the FCA so its the last thing we need.

Couldnt agree with you more james. I think that is not only a stupid idea but potentially dangerous. Couldnt this be potentially classed as market manipulation leading to a suspension of trading or at least speeding ticket? IMO this would be like candy for TW and others who claim this is a pump and dump.

If it was the FCA acting on TW tip off. They be bound to have responded in writing to him. So how about you go ask TW for a copy of his letter and his email response from the FCA. No chance of it being handed over as it doesnt exist.

We are still listed. The other companies house record going around is new. There has been no change to the name or de listed.
