Anyone else think that siv posts look renarkable like DA's?

Just musing, but perhaps the option that AZ has purchased will be used to aquire shares to transfer directly to this new investor who is looking for equity and the option price is there to satisfy the investors rules regarding only investing in companies with an mcap above a certain point?

Everything is down today. Not just us, may affect us more as we have been such a heavily traded share.

That would make sense. Short delay in trade times but at the same price. Off book agreement to transfer from one party to another.

Pipster this happened after close yesterday. Pairs of trades, same size, same price less than a minute apart.

Yes I think we all will be one way or the other.

Gotham - the website sharemagazine (think thats the name) lists all the trades and all these late trades are slotted it at the time they occurred so you can go back and directly compare them at the time. I've not checked todays late trades but I have done on other days and many have been far below the sells at the time. But again from what I read from many posters on this board that it doesn't mean they are sells and from what AZ said about II's buying at that showing on the registered that could well be the case.

Oh some have been buys, but many have been sells , which we know has happened based upon the register as you pointed out via the large drop in PI holdings.

I've been watching them for a while too. My only nagging feeling is I've been going back and comparing the trades times so many times and so often they have been at prices below the sells at that time. Personally I feel we have been dropping due to people selling and many of these delayed trades are infact sells and only showing up as buys as they are above the ask at the time they are printed which as they are late is most often higher. But from reading these boards and your posts AP (thank you for all your effort!) I understand it is really not that simple.

Just having a look at those late trades just think its quite interesting. 2X 20m within 30 seconds, 2X 15m within 41 seconds and 2X 15m within 48 seconds. Just thinking out loud but if these were buy orders I'd have thought they would have the same time stamp. Could these potentially be share transfers from one holder to another perhaps agreed off book hence the same price? Just musing.

I'm glad people are picking up on how unreasonable it is for us to compare us with NCYT esepcially when they have only 71m shares in issue and if I'm correct, listed on no just 1 but 3 different exchanges? so immediately has greater exposures to traders/investors who go on one exchange.

Savvy correct me if I'm wrong but your post didnt insinuate that you gave AZ a deadline for an RNS. That was just your prediction?

So spotify has filtered me because i responded to holly stating AZ was asked this question directly in a recorded interview and his answer was to the effect that it was not needef.. anyone care to explain how is this being a troll exactly??

Hi holly. This was a question that AZ got asked directly when he did an interview answering investors question. And if i recall he only smiled and basically said its not needed as they are getting a lot of volume coming in. Someone might be able to expand/correct me on that?

Sam that 16p was from the FT not a broker. So more likely an analyst or just something more automated. I would ignore all of these until an official broker note is released.

The only good thing now is this bulletclub has potected their tweets after they got a lot of abuse. So they will only affect those few who follow them. And Luke H appears to gave been caught with his trousers down ramping Vela in a telegram group.

Wolf is right on this one. The first 300m will generate £6.5m annual servicing fee. It is not a monthly fee. This was discussed before.
