SYME accounts are only late due to the change in accounting date. SYME can't make a single move without that cretin TW writing something and even tried taking credit for the suspension.

JR - I'm starting to see why people were so angry with your postings when SXX was spiraling down. Talking about opening up higher right now is just idiotic. The only way we will open up higher is if AZ releases an RNS with hard tangible numbers. Simply issuing the accounts with a re-commencement of trading will see the price drop as no one likes getting locked in.. After the last few RNS showing progress had been still dropped as we do not have numbers. The fact we have now been suspended makes it even more imperative that we get these figures. I wont be selling if we don't but I can see plenty doing so.

So potential another rather suspect case of it being orchestrated by the company. Hasn't harmed their share price in the long run has it if that was indeed the case.

Wasn't the EUA suspension due to a leak that a takeoever deal was in the works? You can't really compare us that EUA if that was the case unfortunately.

The change of auditor was discussed months ago. The outgoing auditor had already made their business strategy publicly known that they would not look after main listed companies as they did not earn sufficient revenue from them. So they were not renewing their contacts with these clients like SYME.

If memory serves it was from an email conversation with AZ - so again like TW's claim to causing this suspension, take it with a pinch of salt and why I added to my comments I can't see this being the case.

Did you see the contents of the email TW sent to the FCA or did his article post the details of his letter? If not then at best its purely circumstantial. And Yes I have read one of his articles before claiming to have proof and all this article was stating I've seen this and read that. He never provides exact proof which is why he has no credibility.

Think that we can agree on, I think if they knew that this was going to be a problem then they would have put put the change of accounting and suspension in RNS's on the same day so definitely overlooked.

TW has sent countless emails to the FCA (he shouts every time he does this) and it has never happened before. As ai said I do not believe that this time the FCA acted upon this or in such quick order.

Calamari, they have spent years developing the SYME business model, they then make a change to the accounting dates and within 48 hours go "oops we made a boo boo, we need to sort this asap" if this was discovered a month or more down the line I'd agree something wasn't right but this was spotted pretty damn quick and they have acted as such.

Thats exactly the point, suspending over accounting issues due to a change in date meaning they are now overdue doesn't make the business as a whole is fraud. We have agreements with Lenovo, 2 of the big 4 have signed off on the de-recognition which was the biggest argument for the trolls and we have had agreement that it is sharia compliant. The only thing we need now is tangible results and numbers.

Someone said the FCA takes forever to do anything so I can't see how the FCA acted in less than 48 hours to force SYME to suspend.

Well AZ did say that he wanted to catch the traders out so maybe this was it. Although I can't see that being the case to be honest. Time will tell and we do need results now.

Thats not quite true. It was thought the price would jump IF SH was confirmed it had gone live and we received the figures. Which we did not hence no rise.

Marlena, AZ has specifically stated that SYME will not deal with companies in financial difficulties.
