I got the same standard email back from the FCA. They cant shed any light on the current situation but today did feel like an odd day. 1st a rumour being started on advfn about TW being arrested which was false as he contined to pump out articles. But the weird thing is we know he keeps on eye on the bb's and based upon previous experiences i expected at least a smug twitter calling us mug punters and oozo on cornflakes but that never happened. Also that city sucker on twitter tweeting numeous claims about breaching the 25% requirement from admis ssf ion then suddenly all his tweets are deleted and when i questioned this he replied "enforcement". Very interesting...

Does make me laugh City_sucks latest response. I said he's either basically lying or posting inside information and he just replied "correct".

So his post about changing in August makes no difference, its allowed. Unless the FCA deemed that one of the other holders was not "public", but again the FCA would have signed off the prospectus prior to admission so any issues then should have been picked up surely?

Just reading the FCA rules and it says the 25% rule is at the time of admission. Which TAG had 72.95 so falls within the tolerance as far as i can see.

It will certainly be interesting to see how the SP reacts when/if unsuspend. Will the price go up as people will see that all the allegations of fraud were false? or will people sell out after being spooked by the suspension?

Well when posters like Luke H who has previously been caught claiming to have inside info on SYME and VELA before, are allowed to post the crap he did..guess shows the type of company the admin choose to keep.

I got booted a few weeks ago and never posted a single critisism of syme and I've seen a few other people on here and FB say the same. It was becoming a bit of a club and only posters who were liked were tolerated.

Imagine what would have been happening if we werent suspended. No news and we would have been dropping.

My favourite was when Ex asked a question on this bb and then said if no one can answer it then maybe AZ can answer it for you. I just think, no you asked it go to AZ yourself but you wont as you have admitted that you have no faith in SYME. Why spent months "research" on a share you have no faith in SYME and only SYME can really 100% answer his queries. His agenda is just so obvious.

Well TW posted another "Article" calling out fake responses from the FCA people have been posting. He is just getting desperate. You should see the abuse he is getting over on ZOE after he got that royally wrong. Certainly biting off more than he can chew.
