Probably because the only people that can answer your question definitively would be Trade Flow. We can only speculate.

The issue then is if admin delete entire threads, all trolls need to do is post on a thread they want deleted, right something holders would hate, it then gets reported and the whole thread goes. So deleting might not be the best idea...

Ah JonesRichard - I see you jumped again to another high riser. Didn't the other week you state you had upped your first slice target over on 88e to 50p before the Sp dropped over 60% the next trading day and you haven't posted on it since? Not seen you over on the SYME board for some time, I take it because you have sold out of there as well as you realised your first slice target of 30p wasn't going to happen any time soon.

Its worth keeping in mind that its the authority to issue up to. Doesn't meant it will be used. Somone else already commented thats it pretty standard for listed companies to request the authority to issue shares at the agm.

I think the penny dropped after that last RNS.

I agree that it is getting de risked with the new recruitments and aquisitions. But until we get some deals over the line it will be risky. One which im and most people here are willing to take.

It is still high risk. Its not a fraud but right now your kidding yourself right now if you think this isnt high risk.

I think the recent sp action and absence of many of the more..excitable posters shows that there is a much more realistic expectation if where this SP MAY go. But its high risk now and if your in dor a quick trade banking on news you have to be prepared to get burnt worse case.

the expect revenue of the £300m SH (if it is still that) was £6.5million which will be about £3.25m profit. Its impossible to say really how the SP will react, for me if we only monetised the £300m that is proof of concept and we have a business no matter what the de rampers say so that will de-risk the share immensely. So on that face I think it would go up, but not as high as some think or hope it would. But it is only just the beginning and once more clients on board then things will change. Patience is the key.

Also one friendly piece of advice Ferrero, I noticed you posting to Jonesrichard. whatever SP predictions he states, please ignore them as he has not been right yetand have a look at his posting history, he jumps from riser to riser chasing the rainbow and has admitted to losing tens of thousands. Not one to follow or take advice from.

Because the Mcap will be based upon potential and sentiment rather than the current earnings of the company. Hence why the last RNS caused the SP to tank 30% when the market expected figures to start coming through.

This is where ex is coming from and he is right. But remember this is only the authority to issue, doesn't mean they will.

No ex is refering to the amount of shares syme could ask to issue which is 12.4billion. Hes not quibbling at the price they could be issued at, only the numbers they COULD. Emphasis on could, not neccissarily would.

You mean because you have now bought back in after recently posting 0.25p with an opinion of strong sell.

Zenn19 you should have a look at ALGW, they made an acquisition which almost doubled the shares in issue and guess what, the SP has almost doubled the last few months and investors realised the positive impact this would have on the business. Dilution for an acquisition is not immediately a bad thing but the devil will be in the detail of the deal.

I think people get more irritated when people post on here telling you to sell and buy another share instead, like that rat did for FOR. Glad I didn't listen to him when he first started posting here as I would be down more there than I would be here!

Zenn you are deliberately trying to mislead. 1 poster claimed an RNS, no one else has backed this up and most people have outright called bull****.
