I think that depends upon the terms on the acquisition. No placing then I'd like to see us closer to around the 0.5, If there is a placing then it would depend upon the dilution and the value of the placing. I stress a big IF there is one as I'm not ruling out the possibility right now.

Didn't someone ask a question about needing more PR to promote the company to prospective clients in one of the Q&A's and AZ responded there was no need to as all potential clients have been coming to them? Implies the word of mouth has spread. Just the funding is causing the issue right now.

Lucky, I would never normal post on another share I am not invested in, but as Guitarman said enough is enough. Ratface shouldn't have been posting on SYME (or other shares as I noticed he started doing) telling people to sell up and buy FOR. And my last post before it got deleted told me to stick to FOR and we would stick to SYME. Nothing wrong with that and I never attacked FOR.

Think when we list at 10p I worked out I'm about 33% down. But on the other side I never expected this money back so to get some is a plus. I need about 15p to break even so will see what happens when we list and keep digging into Cizzle and see what their prospects are like.

Its a pattern he started posting on OEX, UKOG,88E all after they appeared on the high risers. He has a gambling problem and by his own admittance has lots tens of thousands. Its poster like that which are dangerous to shares and can inflat expectations. Syme is case and point to that

But theres another section which I am unsure what it means: "the company proposes to consolidate 500 Existing Ordinary shares into one new ordinary share of 5p (a "Consolidated Ordinary share") and then sub-divide of each Consolidate share into one new ordinary share of 0.01p each,

Its crazy. Just an account delay, which weren't exactly going to be great as no contracts are over the line yet and the only revenue we would have had was from the DD's. This doesn't mean the company has halted, the company is still functioning with deals (hopefully) moving forward.

St.john i respectfully disagree. AZ did the last year with lots of updates and interviews but ultimately no deals have been brought to fruition and now we langwish at these levels. We dont need more PR, we need tangible results.

We will know at some point but i am keeping my mind open ro the possibilty of a placing in order to aquire TF. If that wete to happen, my bet would be that it will be with those 5 shareholders who bought DW shares. I dont think anyway the aquisition will be done will be bad as we will. E buying a profitable business and can only help us in the long run.

If there is no dilution ,what other funding routes might there be?

JR- SYME you predicted 4.75p xmas 2020 and have/had a topslice target of 30p. 88e you recently posted you had a top slice target of 50p. SXX you saying £1 which you got a hell of a lot of abuse when you first started posting on SYME because of it. You really should stop making price predictions as its clear you have never been right, always widly optomistic and by your own admittance have lost tens of thousands of pounds through shares.

If your going to hold companies to such ridged deadlines (self imposed included) then you might as well set yourself up for a lifetime of investing disappointments. Things changed and its clear (to me at least) that its the funder that has caused many of these delays, firstly by coming in late and offering to take over the 1st securitisation which SYME even said pushed things back and then the demand to diversify the portfolio with companies from different geographies, not just Italy.
