Adam. Thats when the accounts must be released or they gave to be suspended until they have done so. The syme announced when they would publish the accounts but pushed back on their own self imposed deadlines.

And yet mr008 you bought in last year during the rise, told others to have faith in AZ whilst dumping your shares at the same time. Your motives are clear for all to see.

Im aware of the resolutions and the quanity of shares they have the ability to issue, i was one of the few who actually agreed with EXs calculations of how many they can issue. But to also point out its standard for listed conpanies to obtain authority to allocate shares if needed. Doesnt mean they will.

Lex, your automatically assuming that SYME do not have sufficient capital to meet the £4m obligation. Which I do actually share your view. However, SYME for example could have say £2m cash but didn't want to use that to fund the acquisition as that would leave them completely cash strapped and that would be stupid. So they would be better off to do a small placing to raise funds for the purchase then to deplete their capital reserves. Plus its an acquisition to fund another revenue generating business so its hardly them doing a placing to keep the lights on like many have already tried to claim this morning.

ParishLantern - I believe in one of the recent interviews AZ mentioned about how they would be matching up the funders to clients that best fit them. So in the case of being Sharia compliant, any MENA funders wouldn't be matched up with clients which conflicts with sharia.

Just goes to show that it was certainly co coordinated by a group of individuals . And funny how the bb is less frequented by certain negative individuals as well.

The accounts are what we expect any day now. Anything else ie IM clients would be a bonus but at this point we have no guarantee there will be anything to report on this front.

We will need confirmation that client has been monetised for that to happen so lets hope we will start getting numbers coming through soon.

JR I'm trying to work out if your a genuine decent guy with a gambling problem who likes to bury their head in the sand when faced with criticism or if you try to pump and dump shares. I don't think your the latter but you do need help with your outlandish and fantastical claims. Its clear you have a pattern of jumping into a high riser after news, pump it with SP claims and then when nothing happens you move on as you quickly stop posting on the shares. 88e and SYME are case an point to that and this post of yours proves my theory about you being a gambler and not an investor chasing the rainbows:

I'm hearing you tex, I started out with £4500 that was meant to go in here on any dips but obviously the suspension has dragged on for longer than I thought and as a consequence I got tempted into investing elsewhere which has depleted that £4500 considerably, only SYME can save me now, I wish I meant that as a joke but I really don't!"

I bet that £54,000 loss has only gotten bigger. And you wonder why you get abuse with your outlandish claims? it just comes across as naivety or just trying to pump and dump. Either way you do need to stop.

Again JR, you have no knowledge of how RTo's so how can you possible think you can make SP predictions? I mean your recent gems were top slice targets on SYME for 30p and 50p on 88e....

I think the £16K was a deduction some posters made rather than it being explicitly spelt out in an RNS. I would be logical for the DD fee to be dependant on the size of the IM a client requires. And as I said, all assumptions as we have no hard facts right now on how the DD is charged.

I did ask AZ what the DD charge was but i never got a reply. I think i read in an articl somewhere it was between 0.2 and 0.5% of the IM figure. So assuming all those in the GO figure paid a DD fee, a low end of 0.2% and basing it on the increase between end of june and december (£700m) that would be around £1.4m in dd fees. A lot of assumptions there mind you.

The deal just reads as a win win for both sides. Again assuming the business as a whole takes off.

We have in effect "only" shelled out just over 7m for TF so far (£4m cash and 813m shares) so the remaining balance of around 24m being paid in cash or shares (assuming we are paying the full valuation figure) is very much dependant on TF hit their business targets. Smart move by AZ to ensure we don't overpay for a company that could end up underperforming but also shows how confident TF actually are that they will meet their goals to agree to this deal :)

From the RNS a couple of days ago "Following the achievement of this important milestone for the Company, SYME is pleased to confirm that the 2020 Statutory Audited Financial Statements are being finalised, with publication expected next week."

Angus for someone who is apparently so deep in SYME, surely you should be reading every bit of comms that has come out from the company and would know the answer to your questions?
