It terms of the share value, it really depends on the terms with the target company and what your current average is. Have a look at the BOU - now CIZ recent RTO. I bought in shortly before suspension and after the share consolidation and then the raise to fund the RTO aquisition, i was down about 33% on open and would be more if i hadn't sold quickly. It really soes depend on the terms and the target company. Probably wise you hold off on you SP predictions if you don't know how RTO's work and have had no experience of them...

Theres a reason for that. Because he hasn't a clue and clearly no patience as he spends his time chasing the rainbow. No wonder he has lots tens of thousands.

Apparently still holding , but a few posters pn SPC are certainly let him know what their thoughts about him and his SP predictions.

He loves using "special news" a lot. Seen him post it on at least 4 shares recently. And when none arrives goes quiet. Surprising that...

I'm not arguing the scale and fully realise the potential we have here. I think its crazy of talks of SP's above the 2p+ without any confirmation of clients being monetised. I was also in the said telegram group and the research some were posting was excellent, but as I said before I was wary when some individuals were entertain and even tolerated when they claimed about having inside info.

And Parm please read Guitars post again, he did clearly state "I reckon high 2's which is a bit conservative".

You are joking Guitarman right? calling for an SP of 2p+ WITHOUT any IM is ramping. You can't call it anything but.

Sorry guitarman but how does syme aquiring a business that has been valued at 31 mill add hundreds of millions to our mcap when we have had no confirmation of clients monitised? That makes no sense. We need clients to be monitised before we see 1p imo. Any talks of 1p+ before that is really just ludicrous.

Mr008 you were caught out red handed last year pumping the stock, telling people to have faith whilst dumping some or all of your position (see my previous post). You have zero credibility on this board.

Mr008 - I've already caught you out previously for telling others to buy when you were busy selling your shares so Its clear for all to see how you operate.

You really are something else Mr008. Telling someone at 9:23 to have faith in our CEO but later on by your own admission you had already dumped 5 million shares. And yes you had sold before writing that comment as I pulled the trades off from LSE and all sells and buys were below 0.62 at 9.23 so you had to have sold earlier if you got 0.65p.

I picked up on that too. It may be dilution, but it really vastly improves SYME. All extremely positive :)

The only way I can see the accounts having any sort of positive impact on the SP is if its bundled with other news such as the TF aquisition or news that clients have finally been monitised.

The accounts will otherwise only show the cost of running SYME and any DD Fee's we have received and I can't see the market taking that too well.

Be interesting what the income from the DD will be and if all the companies in the gross origination have paid it. Based upon the increase in the origination figure since the interim account and if the DD is between 0.2 to 0.5% (pretty sure i read that from an article somewhere) id ballpark about £1m in revenue since the interim account.

JR been bouncing around a lot of high risers recently. Said he was still invested here but i doubt it, bet he sold to chase the rainbows.

Im in the same boat, dead set against renting and used the last year to really beef up my savings as my work didnt slow down sue to covid. Im hoping for syme to make up a large chunk of my house deposit, heck if i have enough patience and the business takes off i might be able to buy with no mortgage! I can dream lol

He gain something like 2000 followers overnight so I bet most of his followers are bot/fake accounts. He barely gets any likes or retweets from the stuff his posts and those which he does is mostly abuse, and me pointing out his lies. Made me laugh so much when he said he has been screaming for people to sell for over a year when he was pumping it last sept/december and his profile was only set up in september.

God he is an A grade ****, has thousands of fake bot twitter accounts following him and I and others have caught him out so many times its hysterical!

Matt - I was in the group and got booted out for no reason. As I have stated before, it had become a bit of a club where only the few "liked" individuals got away with anything, including my personal favourite Lukey H posting some rather inappropriate pics on the group and also getting caught out on discord for lieing about having inside info on here and Vela. I wouldn't want to be part of a group that tolerates those kind of members.
