funny - Brass's post quoting Paidrampaccount tweets has been deleted and had 5 likes. Now castle 2012 posts something negative and also gets 5 likes. Bit of a coincidence?

Also Brass - the fact that paidrampaccount's tweet was up barely anytime before the account was deleted shows how much time you spend watching Syme. Bit odd for someone not invested? And if you do spend a lot of time watching SYME on here and Twitter, you would have seen the number of times I have called Paidrampaccount a liar and why. And yet the instant they type a scathing attack on SYME you happily posted it on here, when you should know any anonymous account has no credibility in what they say. Just goes to show what your true intentions are here. To disrupt and sow doubt.

Fredintheshed. The recent agm gave them the authority to issue over 10 billion new shares, not 1.6 billion. Id only expect them to use what was needed to cover the TF aquisition and maybe a bit extra (and i do mean a bit) until the 1st IM occurs in the next couple (again hopefully) months tops.

Exactly Hefonthfjords - it also ensure's that SYME don't in effect overpay for TF and it shows confidence in the TF BOD that they will meet their business plan.

Do we know that the 813m is coming from the existing pool? I don't recall that being explicitly stated in the RNS.

I expect peoplecare selling ss they are worried what will be in the RNS and hoping to buy back in cheaper. The risk is then having to buy back in a higher price.

Ex again i was demonstrating the fact recently there have been accounts on here and twitter who have made simple straightforward claims which have been false and merely highlight the lack of research of one of these individuals. And yet again, no part of my post was misleading and your retort to my intial post was not neccessary in the slightest.

Ex. All i posted was that someone on twitter claimed than TF hadnt submitted accounts in several years and it took me 5 mins to prove that was a false statement. At no point did I claim to have read said accounts and actually from looking at the Business Filing Portal Of ACRA you can pay for certain information on TF but not the accounts themselves.

I suggest you read my post more carefully next time.
