Depends on when they got the shares and how long these trades have been worked through by the MM's, I think that's what's been dragging the price down for the last few days and for that quantity of shares to be dumped effectively in one go, the MM's weren't going to give them the best price hence the low price.

As the the IM - thats more a question for AZ and tbh after the last RNS I'm expecting only the 14 clients to be monitised so around the £150m mark.

Jsmith - I had posted this earlier but on the thread that got deleted. If its any of those intermediaries or even Negma offloading, it wouldn't surprise me as these guys are not investors. They charge a fee for their services, SYME agrees to give them X number of shares at X price to cover these fees, they then sell to make their money. They won't hold on to them at a risk of them losing value, its not how they operate. Take the Pawnstars - they never buy anything at market value, they will always buy it below in order to sell at market value in order to make their money. They never buy anything in the hope an item will increase in value at a later date.

I'm sticking it out for at least another 12-18 months, maybe longer depending on how we go. Why would you sell if you were TF? The only reason they would sell is if they needed money personally or if they couldn't see te SP rising anytime soon The chances are that if we are in the final stages of monitising the RNS, which the last RNS implied, then the directors can't trade shares as they are now within a closed period.

So you reackon theTF guys are already selling their 800m shares? I doubt that. Negma perhaps but they "only" had 164m. The 500m to the others..who knows.

Please dont ask for JR back. He has serious issues and did nothing but chase raindows spouting unrealistic SP. Not what we need here.

Only way i can see us listing would be after a share consolidation. Plus i think we'd need syme ip and running in the states before doing so really.

I think Goose is referring to the Avantegarde group who's holding has reduced by 1 billion shares according to Divy's figures. And it does appear that 2 of the 5 "professional investors" who bought up DW holdings have sold or reduced their holdings. However I do recall AZ being question on these type of figures before and he did query their validity so the only way to verify this would be to get the regsiter from SYME. And goose you have been slating SYME for sometime so I'm surprised that your in profit or not sold out already.

It's what happens when there is very little regulation. LSE is far from perfect, but it has some at least.
